Golden rule has great customer service. They try to find the best flights for the best price and are able to get us humanitarian baggage allowances. Using them makes travel so much easier. Especially when there are flight changes, we haven’t had to spend hrs on the phone trying to get new tickets.

In a last minute emergency, I needed a change to one of my group member's flights. Early in the morning Hans at Golden Rule assisted me with speed, precision and helpful service. The issue was fixed within an hour!

While I love Justin and Golden Rule, they always provide timely service and excellent care, the greatest benefit is when something unexpected happens. They take care of travel glitches or get ahead of the crowds any time of day. I used to book everything myself but no more, I wouldn't travel without them.

Came through quickly in the middle of the night

When all flights in and out of Germany were recently canceled due to German politics I was in a bind. I was needing to fly out in less than two days and Frankfurt was my layover. It was late at night and my anxiety was high. I was helped very quickly and redirected to another country. I am greatful for the help and professionalism.

My stomach dropped when I got a text from a team member that they just noticed their name was misspelled on their ticket for their flight leaving in less than 12 hours. Hoping to correct the error I called Golden Rule. They too were likely at dinner and with their families as it was after 8pm, so I called the emergency hotline. Anxiously, I listened to the elevator music trying to remember the details on the invoice about name changes. Hans calmly answered and told me how to get him the information needed to take the next step. Though it was too close to departure to change the name, he went the extra mile to confirm what he already knew, that it wouldn't be an issue with the airlines we were using.

Hans' quick response, calm demeanor, and triple checking, gave me the confidence that we would be good to go. This allowed me to quickly communicate with the team member that they didn't need to worry, and now we all will get to catch some sleep tonight.

Being in a very stressful situation where flights were delayed and connections missed, it was comforting having someone navigate the unknowns with me. Instead of being delayed over 24 hours and waiting in line at the help desk for multiple hours, I received prompt, helpful service that gave me a favorable outcome.
