They emergency group was very helpful in rearranging our tickets when a friend passed away that we had to fly home a week earlier, even though it was a holiday!

Our experience with Golden Rule has been excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable and kind. We refer clients to them and our clients have had positive experiences as well as they work with Eldon Wagler to book their travel.

Due to last-minute weather forecasts and a complicated series of connections, I called their off-hours number on Sunday night to see if they could make changes for my Monday morning flights. The “miracle worker” at the other end of the line did it! Ouf, what relief!

The Golden Rule team was absolutely fabulous when I was presented with some flight cancelations due to weather. The day of my international trip I was informed the first leg of my flight was canceled and the airline was unable to get me to my final destination in the timeframe I needed. I was connected with Hans who rebooked me on a different airline and was super helpful and responsive the entire time. Having Golden Rule in your corner really does take the stress off of travel logistics.

Danielle Mast is amazing! She has helped me more than once, and she is the reason I like Golden Rule Travel. I ran into a tough problem when I tore the lateral meniscus on my left knee over a month ago here in the states. I teach at a small English-speaking school in Spain, and because of the injury I had to cancel my return flight two months ago. She not only set me up with a return flight for this coming Saturday at a very good pricer, but she also made sure I will have a seat so my left leg can by next to an aisle on the plane. She even suggested that I get a wheelchair at the airports! I didn't even think about it, but my knee is still not totally healed so a wheelchair is a great idea. She knows how to serve according to the Golden Rule (Matthew 7:12).
