Just terrible , don’t go near this scam of a casino

Golden Nugget online casino is predatory along with other online casinos. I deposited $100 four times in a row & lost playing blackjack within 10 minutes. On every hand the dealer got a 20 or 21 while my hands were all small numbers that would make me bust. DO NOT TRUST THESE ONLINE PREDATORY SITES! They use algorithms that track your spending habits to make you lose thinking you're addicted! This is why they're being sued! I understand now after losing thousands on these sites!

I used to play thousands. Had a lot of fun going up and down for hours playing slingo and slots. Used to win a chunk once in a while. This last 2 years I seem to loose pretty quickly. Terrible odds. They got too greedy. The slingo games glitch 50% of the time. I have to constantly reload the game. Plus if you do win, you have to turn off the game and reset. Expect to go on a bad loosing streak right after. Its annoying and they lost my business. Draft kings ruined the site. Would not recommend.

Wrote the last review a week ago and I have continued playing this week. I have put on at least another 400 and won nothing! This site is probably the worst l have ever played. Played on this app for over a year. Crappy payouts. Do not download!!! Spend hundreds to finally hit a bonus and lucky to win $1!!! not once but multiple times on different games. If you get lucky enough to hit a decent pot, your best bet is to withdraw and delete the damn app! If you don't they make sure you never hit for anything again. Spin 20-30 times and not hit anything. Terrible! Golden Nugget Casino’s bonus is extremely misleading. I won over $700, deposited my own money as required, completed their “daily mission,” and was still only allowed to withdraw $5. This is one of the most bogus and absolutely a waste of my effing time!!!
The withdrawal rules are buried and not explained clearly until it’s too late. This feels predatory, not promotional. Do better.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their lossback promos should not have to be opted in for. Since I didn't click the right button fast enough I got screwed out of $1000. Customer service and supervisor wouldn't help me saying "It wouldn't be fair to other players" How would the other players no or care? I was really enjoying there app till recently. I recieved 500 free spins 50 daily. "Awesome" did like 3 or 4 days of them. Won a bit of money . More then promo required. Went to cashout and it says I need to make deposits for faster withdraws. Ok no problem. So made deposit they excepted deposit. But still unable to make withdraw, says card not excepted. This all took place Saturday 01/24/2026 I believe the date was. Last Saturday any ways.....now here it is Thursday 01/29/2026 and still waiting for the restriction to be removed., in unable to play game during this. I call support and they say it was just looked at an hour ago and they will contact me if need so and to let me know when it gets approved. I ask them about my remaining free spins and they say they will be gone once the 10 days are up. I said well I only played 3 or 4 days worth and then I got put under restrictions. I.get told well that is just a loss for you then. " so how is it my fault that they are sitting on there thumbs and wait nearly a week to look at my info that they already have on file???? The games only let me spin two to three times and then says it cannot verify my location and I have to start it all over again. It feels like my money was stolen from me. Just imagine sitting in a real casino and you spin your machine two to three times and then a big ass claw comes down and picks you up and takes you all the way back to your house and drops you off then you got to drive yourself back to the casino back to the machine you were on and do that all over again over and over. If i could give it less then one star i would. After the first initial win nothing . Plus a lot of their games the bet amount and your funds amount are so small you cant see them so they proceed to suck all the money out of you because you can't see what's going on. I know that is done on purpose so you lose all your money and have to deposit more. Support was less than helpful.

I’ll be straight forward…I deposited money, played some, tried to withdrawal the remaining balance, and they locked me account for no reason. I went to customer service, who blamed it on Trustly Banking. So I went to Trustly, and they blamed it on Golden Nugget. In my opinion, Golden Nugget is purely a criminal/scam model with rigged games. I plan on joining Wright and Schultz for the Class Action Law Suit. If they attempt to reply to my honest review, it’s all lies.

Takes forever to get approved and I doubt you even get a welcome offer. Support is rude and slow.

They get you to deposit for your welcome offer then they lock your account saying they need picture id
I went to put money on and account was locked I contacted customer support no one knew why it was locked a few hours later I received and email asking for photo id and to make sure I was holding it 2 friends from work and my wife all signed up and only me going through this feel like they discriminated
If this is a requirement why not make it on the sign up page and why not make it for everyone
Also first day I was playing most games I play don’t work ones that do are really small
