Customer service used every delaying tactics they have.
No response from support address.
i think this is a SCAM!

I made the mistake of signing up to this casino, after awhile I started realising I had a problem with gambling and requested a self exclusion - that was in December 2025 it is now 3 months later and I am still contacting them to complete my request. Denies withdrawals request constantly, makes you wait 3 months for any sort of reply. Only thing they can say is sorry for the inconvenience, please try again and we will see to it right away, but they don't. They ignore and rip you off, do NOT use this site. Other reviews clearly have the same experience.

Made a withdrawal off 380 on 29th november 2024 and still waiting. I have closed my account but still believe they should still payout. Chat disabled so now just sending emails with no replys recently. I did try and reopen my account but was told management do not reopen closed accounts its a policy.
