DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRAP

I purchased 6 dresses from the Melbourne Cup Collection. None of them were anything like the pictures depicted on the website. They were drab, polyester/lycra type material with absolutely no shape. None of the sleeves or necklines were as depicted. The sizing was terrible. I used the size charts on their website and all dresses received were way to big and draged on the ground. They are totally unwearable. One of the dresses was also advertised as including accessories. No Accessories were received. I have emailed now on 2 occasions and have still not had a reply. I also started a chat from the link provided with the delivery confirmation. I first of all got a chat bot, which then said it would connect me to a human. 12 hours later I am still waiting for a human to contact me. I am now in the process of asking my credit card provider for a chargeback. Half of my window for claiming a refund has now passed by and I have not heard anything from them. I have had automatic confirmations that my emails have been received, but have not had any contact from a human. They have an Australian Address on their website, but they are not Australian. The dresses all came from China. Pictures are all Misleading. It is total fraud. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not do it!

I bought 6 dresses for the races, online they looked fantastic, they turned up nothing like the quality that was shown. I bought in 3 different sizes also to make sure that one would fit me they all fit but very badly, and absolutely no way would I wear any of the dresses out, the quality was awful. The 6 dresses cost $300 and I put them straight in the op shop. Please do not make the same mistake as me, save your money, or you will be very disappointed.

Buyer Beware

This place is an absolute disappointment. Ordered a pair of mens shorts "Men's Funny Old Bastards Fishing Club Lifetime Member Print Casual Cargo Shorts" and what I received was completely different and very poor quality:

• Material came in a shiny material instead of matt finish as advertised
• Shorter than advertised.
• Bottom of shorts design is completely different no cuff
• Pockets completely different
• Button is too big for the buttonhole and nothing like the advertised button

Have contact them 3 times to initiate a return but they continue to ignore and keep sending me messages with discounts that have expired.

Complete scam of a company. Do not buy.

1) inferior product ie: thin, where is the cotton 2) multiple spam stating my payment didn't go through, weeks of product being packed- place another order 3) order did not arrive in time stated in advertising 4) this is not an Australian company, it it Chinese, no laundry label on clothes. Disgusting quality, 5) you will have to pay for returns

ripped off

My son purchased over $ 100 and received an email confirming payment, then, two days later, another email saying the payment had not been received. But in my bank statement, they had withdrawn the funds. I want a refund or the items. As far as I see it, you are scammers, and that's my hard-earned money. Also,o no invoice either; I think they're just trying to rip people off

Advertised as Cotton Blend – Received Cheap Synthetic Imitation

I recently purchased a pair of NAIDOC Week pants from Golden Auz and was extremely disappointed with what arrived.
I contacted customer service who were respectful and prompt in dealing with my complaint. After less than a week they refunded my money also offering credit - to which needed to be used in 24hrs and I did not utilise. Despite being really disappointed and unhappy with my product the customer service team resolved the issue and I’m thankful for this. Please choose carefully and report back if you receive issues with the products
