Great product with a great taste not too sweet. At present I am trying different products in the range so I can determine which ones I want to continue with for the future.

I haven’t received my product
I haven’t received my product. Tracking says they have left an address if a post office which I can collect from. They have left no slip and in any case I expect my parcel to be delivered to my house. Collection is totally unacceptable, is delivery driver incapable of ringing a door bell.

Fast delivery with nice packaging
Fast delivery with nice packaging. The only concern is the packaging filling isn’t sustainable material which is a shame. I recommend using something like brown paper or recyclable material instead.

Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery, I’ve had no communication from parcelforce with no notification or card left. I’ve tried to rebook in delivery and can’t seem to get it sorted!

The experience on the website was easy and the products arrived well packaged and in good time. I have taken a subscription and intend to use it for 6 months. This should give me time to give an honest opinion of the product. It is currently too soon. It is however easy and pleasant to take. So far so good. Hoping for some positive results with my hair.

It is working
Delivery was smooth, and the packaging was great as well. I used it for 3 weeks I can see the improvements especially for my hair.

It seems a good product but..
It seems a good product but you need to take it for 2 or 3 months before you can evaluate the effect - after all skin and hair grow from inside out (obviously) and take that long to show results. So, why I am being asked to give a review after just a few days beats me.
I have noted the reasonable response below, but as I work with dermatologists I don't find it fits my, or their, understanding. The hair that we can see on our head is dead hair and unaffected by anything ingested. Just topical products. And with skin it's much the same - the surface layers are dead or older skin and not so affected by supplements as the new skin cells forming underneath. It's best to wait at least 2 months before commenting on the effects IMHO

deceptive advertising
I recently purchased a multi-dose bottle of Hairlift and discovered that its advertised 20-day supply is misleading. Comparing the recommended dosage for the multi-dose and single-dose bottles, I found that the multi-dose bottle would only last 10 days if used as intended. Customer service admitted the error and suggested doubling the dosage for the same effect. This is deceptive advertising, as the two products do not contain the same amount of active ingredients per recommended dose.

Early days . Packaging is super and love the glass bottles. Taste is a bit sickly sweet of artificial sweetener so don’t look forward to drinking . If it works the taste would be tolerable .
