Gold Collagen extremely poor customer service
My box of bottles arrived with one broken with sharp glass exposed and littered in box. Liquid had leaked throughout box leaving other bottles stuck with sticky died liquid. Box damaged and wet with bottle liquid.
I have now sent no less than six emails to their customer service dpt with photos of damage. The customer service team or the AI they use has still not sent a refund after saying they would. This has been going on for a month!

Highly recommend Gold Collagen Ageless
I have completed 10 months of using Gold Collagen Ageless recommended and purchase from a brilliant brand ambassador, Ms Ripa Rozario and it's been excellent. My skin feels more hydrated, smooth, glow, fuller and healthier, which was amazing game changer. I received gifts every time I purchase from Ripa and she is an amazing representatives with excellent customer service and care. My hair drop improved and wrinkles seem to fade. Mine is a positive experience
I was looking for a liquid form of collagen & came across Gold Collagen website.
I liked the ingredients used in the Artron Collagen Express so I placed my order - needless to say I panicked when I then read the reviews.
I contacted the customer service and got a reply within 24hrs I then received my order within a couple of days.
The drink is really nice & the size of the bottle is handy because I can slip it in my pocket or gym bag.
I started my treatment just over 2 weeks ago - my knee has started to feel a bit better but it is too early stage as I’m used to noticing a difference after 8 weeks whenever I start a new treatment.
I will give Artron Collagen Express a chance & keep my fingers crossed as I really want my knee to heal

Great product, terrible customer service and useless delivery comps y…
Have been dealing with this company for two years and up until December last year was happy with the service and extremely happy with the product. They changed from using Parcelforce to Amazon and fell off a cliff. Decembers order was delivered to wrong address and went missing, to be fair someone competent picked up my complaint and sorted it using DHL. January’s delivery also went to the wrong address, I’m at Brook Barn the driver left it at Ballisters Farm sounds so similar!! Februarys deliver - well - their directionally challenged driver has fail to find us for the last 3 days, customer service after responding to my initial 2 emails, the second one they clearly had failed to read properly are now ignoring the situation. I will now be looking for a refund, luckily paid on credit card, and will be looking for an alternative.

Absolute joke of a company (still!!!!) . I left a frustrated review on 13th January complaining about their total lack of customer service. Here we are a month later and guess what? I’ve just started re ring the emails congratulating me on my order and telling me it’s been dispatched and I’ve now been charged again. I am now thinking this is personal!!!!
