I ordered a chocolate cake and some traditional sweets to be delivered to an address in Kashan to celebrate a graduation.

Placing the order was easy on the webpage; you just need to make sure to choose 'other cities of Iran' from the menu to see what's available, as there are naturally more options for Tehran compared to other cities.

I was also in touch with Golbazar via WhatsApp, and they were incredibly prompt in responding to my questions before I placed the order. They offer truly excellent customer service.

The sweets and the cake were delivered perfectly from a premium local bakery in Kashan. In fact, the family instantly recognized it as one of the most famous bakeries in the city, which shows the high standards Golbazar maintains for regional deliveries.

Overall, I am very pleased with this experience. I am grateful that Golbazar provides such a seamless service, allowing me to share my family's happiness with our loved ones in Kashan. Thank you!

Terrible experience, as I recently ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered for my new born niece in GA. I’ve paid 3 times higher than other florists in town and they delivered way different flowers. They even blocked me and not respond to my messages anymore.

Great product, excellent service.

I ordered a flower bouquet for my mom’s birthday as a special surprise from abroad, but the flowers that arrived looked like they were ready to be thrown in the bin. The roses were already wilted, dry, and dying, completely unacceptable for a birthday gift.

What made it even worse was that it looked like the flowers in the worst condition had been deliberately arranged lower in the bouquet so they would not be noticed immediately. It honestly felt extremely disappointing. Instead of making my mom happy on her special day, it left me embarrassed and upset.

I have made a few orders with Golbazar past few years. So far acceptable with a few flaws:
Pros: Quality is good, usually export quality fruits/flowers. Customer service is prompt if you message them on whatsapp, they message back straight.
Cons: Orders usually arrive LATER than expected, happened to me all the time with different addresses. Despite giving 7 hours delivery window which is already long, my flower pot even arrived an hour after (8 hours) Another issue is not paying attention to order notes especially when it’s surprise! They called my mum saying she got a gift from Australia which took the surprise away last time! Also, my last order my name was no where to be seen (apart from on the bill) as I sent on behalf of my mother but the delivery person told the recipient MY name and they had no idea! Please pay attention to these details!

خیلی تجریه خوبی داشتم. قیمت ها بسیار مناسب تر از رقبا. به موقع رسید و کیفیت گل هم خیلی خود بود. حتما تجربه خرید ازشونو توصیه می کنم. هر دفعه هم زدگ زدم برای پیگیری خیلی مودب جواب دادن..
