Since 2003 we’ve brewed raw, unpasteurised kombucha the small batch way using the best organic teas and mineral-rich, purified spring water from our well deep in the Sussex countryside. We never use mass production processing techniques such as pasteurising, filtering or synthetic probiotics for shelf stability as we don't supply retail, so our kombucha has more gut-friendly microbes and beneficial yeasts than any processed “kombucha drinks” sold in supermarkets or on Amazon. We only bottle in glass - never in porous polymer plastic-lined aluminimum cans which studies have shown can leech into live, low pH drinks, building up cumulatively in the gut over time - and we never add synthesised sweetners like erythritol or setviol glucosides that can irritate the gut lining causing bloating, diarrhea and cramp - the very conditions our kombucha can help aleviate! GO Kombucha is a far healthier option than processed sugary drinks, a satisfying alternative to alcohol, and a great mixer for cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. True to our small batch craft credentials, we keep things small and only supply a discerning customer base direct via our web site. Best kombucha on the market
We have been repeatedly ordering from GO Kombucha for some time because the quality of their kombucha is second to none. We like the ethics and professionalism of the company and know that this is genuine kombucha with all the associated health benefits. Delivery is quick and reliable and we appreciate the personal communication from the owners. We are always recommending them to other people because it is such an excellent product.

Fantastic kombucha! The only kombucha I buy. All the ones I find in shops seem to be full of complicated flavours and are mass produced. GO Kombucha ones are wonderfully fresh, pure and natural - no bonkers flavour combinations. Always well packaged and delivered on time. I was really sad to hear they were closing down, and am now really happy to hear they will be able to carry on with smaller production runs. I wish them all the best and will definitely be ordering again…

Go Kombucha is absolutely the best kombucha available in the UK. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and cannot even imagine going without my monthly case of 12 Green Sencha. Each of the Kombucha varieties is delicious. Darjeeling Black is my favourite.
Information on storage, etc is helpfully detailed and their customer service is prompt, friendly, and customer-focused.

This is the only kamboucha I will buy. Ive tried others and nothing beats the flavour. Especially the komsecco and ginger sencha. And this is thanks to how it is produced and the ingredients. Please keep producing this kamboucha!

This is the best kombucha available…
This is the best kombucha available anywhere. I can’t recommend it more highly. Properly fermented without pasteurisation. The white tea flavour is the best.

Go Kombucha is a superior tasting Kombucha to all other brands. Absolutely delicious drinks without being full of horrible additives, chemicals or artificial sweeteners. Just pure authentic delicious Kombucha. And I should add that many friends now drink this instead of alcohol, if they are choosing a healthier lifestyle. It is so much more refreshing than any other soft drink alternative.
