Goicelandtours Recenzje

Very responsive to all requests for information and different types of tours. Emily was able to provide excellent information on a variety of tours, from self drive to bus and group travel. Emily made sure to cover all the sites which would be seen and the experiences included.

Immediate response to all inquiries. Friendly, courteous service. Willingness to work with my itinerary and budget. I am looking forward to my trip and I know I'm in good hands!

Emily was so very helpful with her narrated tour agenda for our possible trip to Iceland. Very detailed and additional correspondence was very professional and informative.

We are a large group planning a trip to Iceland and Matt has always made himself available despite the time difference. Thanks Matt!

When we contacted Go Iceland Tours, Ella was very quick to respond to our initial contact. We have been working with her to schedule a 2 week self-driving tour. After taking time to chat about our preferences and what our expectations were, she sent an itinerary with a video explaining the itinerary she proposed. She was spot on to what we were looking for. After a video call and very little adjustment to our itinerary, we are ready for the summer of 2027 to visit Iceland. Through the process, Ella was listenting to our thoughts and suggested ideas when we asked. She was very professional, friendly, and a great listener. Thanks, Ella!!!

I can’t find my review that I wrote but I forgot to include Aoife’s name she has been so patient with me as I have called her often to ask questions and change thing my itinerary She is the best!

Matt has been a wonderful agent. He returned texts and emails very quickly. He answered all of our questions and has changed the itinerary multiple times to meet our needs. Matt has met with us on our time working well outside of what I would consider his normal working hours.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We cannot recommend Cliodhna highly enough! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us plan the perfect trip to Iceland. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and worked so hard to create an itinerary that fit our travel style, interests, and budget.

Throughout the planning process, she has been responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. No question was too small, and she always made us feel confident and excited about our upcoming adventure.

It is so refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable from start to finish.

We will absolutely be working with Cliodhna for our future travel bookings and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, thoughtful, and dedicated travel agent. Thank you for making this such an exciting and stress-free experience. We can't wait for our Iceland adventure!

Cliodhna was wonderful to work with - professional, perceptive and detail oriented.

Adam has been a pleasure to work with. He put together the perfect package for me. He has communicated with me on every step. Highly satisfied.

Nice presentation and very quick response. Package could be customized to fit your requirements and interests. Adam our representative was very personable and organized.

Very unprofessional and unreachable. Most likely and scam. We booked an Iceland trip with “goicelandtours” for four couples a couple of weeks ago. We were dealing with Aoife. We promptly left her a deposit and booked our flights. A couple of days later, Aoife sent over a convoluted payment request. Since then we have not heard back from her. Our group has left numerous messages, emails phone calls etc to no avail. After a little digging, I found out they are owned by a private equity firm. DG Ventures. Kilroys House , Patrick Street , Mullingar ,Co. Westmeath, N91 N6CW . As you can see, They go by several different domaine names. When we booked, our CC charge was listed as “GoIreland” which has horrendous reviews. I can’t believe that ‘Go Iceland” can have so many good reviews on Trust pilot (maybe bots?). They have yet to responded to my request to refund my $1000 deposit. We filled a clam with Visa. AVOID AT ALL COST. .

difficult to reach after I pay the deposit. After reading reviews on Facebook, I thought I had fallen for a scam. I ultimately cancelled with them. They refuse to refund my deposit. I did file a complaint with my credit card company. Very stressful. No confirmations two weeks before travel.

We were considering a trip to Iceland and wanted information into Bus Tours. One phone call to Goicelandtours and Matt was very helpful, he sent us many different tours to consider. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered our many questions. Glad we called Goicelandtours.

Cliodhna was absolutely delightful! Very respectful, patient, responsive, and extremely helpful planning and changing our itinerary to suit our needs.
We will be using her service again for sure!!

Communication, responsive, informative, flexible. Great experience working with Matt. Great itinerary! So glad we decided to use Matt versus planning ourselves. Great feedback and information.

Matthew was super helpful and patient with us while we worked out our travel plans

I had a great experience working with Kevin while planning my trip to Iceland. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. He asked all the right questions to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the planning process smooth and stress-free.

Kevin was knowledgeable, helpful, and always quick to answer my questions. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took in making sure everything was planned according to my preferences. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a travel agent who genuinely cares about providing excellent service. I look forward to working with him again on future trips!

Emily’s presentation of an Iceland tour was exemplary. Although we can’t seem to get our act together to go on that tour right now, I will definitely reach out to her again when the timing is better. She is absolutely fantastic, clear, flexible -because she came up with several different types of tours that modified what we thought we wanted the first and second time and followed up. Thanks, Emily.

I had such a great experience booking with Kevin. He was very communicative the whole time and answered the many questions I had. He also make sure to update the itinerary based on what I wanted. This is my first time going to Iceland and I’m so excited I booked with him. It was definitely more affordable than other options I looked for and he was very flexible to make sure my boyfriend and I got everything we wanted in this trip.
