Honestly didn't think it was going to work, but i sent it anyway and they recieved it so quick and i could track what was happening with the phone and accepted the offer. It only took about a week for my payment to come but i was just surprised it did. Will 100% be doing again🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

Using this company was painful. The review of the product is unfair. They severely mark down your item. The price they offer will be absolutely nowhere near what they offer once they’ve received the product.
The timescale from when you accept the offer is bad. I emailed the company after not receiving payment on the confirmed date. They he reply was rude and was days after sending the message. They stated the payment would be late with no apology. The payment still didn’t arrive on time. My friend used this company and had the same bad experience. I would avoid this website if you’re wanting a good, honest deal with timely payment.

Awful. I sent them my device. Quote went from £640 to £255.. I pointed out they were wrong and to immediately send my device back.

They came back with £400. I said no, i can sell my iphone 16 pro max for £700 no issues this was supposed to be fast and simple

They then came back with £535 as a “good will gesture” and it would take them 5 days to process sending the phone back and then the postage times on top.. so i said if paid straight away il carry on.

They now dont reply to me, no idea if been processed.. the last communication was on the 22nd September. Feels very scam like or just poorly run. Stay away from them.

Absolutely shocking experience. I was originally quoted £650 for my iPhone 16 Pro Max in good condition. The phone had 91% battery health, no cracks, no chips and no faults, just a light surface scratch.

After receiving the phone, Go Green Gadgets reduced the offer to £200, claiming the phone was faulty — which was completely incorrect. I challenged this and sent screenshots from their own website showing what they considered to be faults. They then increased the offer to £385, which I declined, before eventually offering £500.

They also advertise a same-day payout, but this was absolutely not my experience. They received my phone on Monday 21 September, and I didn’t receive my £500 until Tuesday 29 September — 8 days later.

The whole process felt like they were trying to lowball me and see how little I’d accept. I eventually got £500, but only after having to challenge the original £200 offer.

Wouldn’t use them again.

It was all very clear and simple the instructions were all accurate and made the process easier and when I did have one problem it was solved very quickly and easily via email.

I really recommend selling here. Not only was the payment prompt but the communication was amazing. When i was trying to find out where my parcel was they sent me an email almost straight away with the tracking number. Really recommend!!!

Usually always use envirofone or Mazuma, but took a chance with go green gadgets and I can't rate them highly enough. The whole process was so quick and easy, they keep you updated every step of the way and payment reached my bank when they said it would. I ended up using them twice in the same month and would not hesitate to use them again. The prices offered were the best compared to other recycling companies too.

I received the best quote from them after comparing a few on market process was quick,simple I won’t lie was nervous as haven’t done this before usually sell on in person but no reason to be a received regular txt message with updates and when money was in my bank which was in the timescale quoted I will definitely use again and promote to friends and family

Really easy and straightforward service to use. I was originally quoted £65 for my old iPhone XR but ended up receiving £25, which was a bit disappointing. That said, it was an old phone and the whole process was super easy and hassle-free, so I’d still recommend Go Green Gadgets and would use them again.

Easy, quick, be prepared for the price that was quoted to drop as what you deem as very good, is likely to just be good, still much easier than any other way of recycling your device and making a few quid from something you're not using! Would definitely be using again 😁

GoGreenGadgets were really good, postage was free for the device and if you were not happy with the quote they were then able to send the item back.
