Very happy with the boiler which was…
Very happy with the boiler which was installed in my mums house. But was very shocked to see the engineer standing on my mum’s worktop with his heavy boots to access the boiler without putting any protection on the worktop or wearing shoe covers.
Bit happy with price / prompt install especially as close to Christmas.

Expensive Service for no result
The engineer charged me £102 for the service, but he should have informed me that the boiler was old and that he didn't work with that specific branch. It would have been much more customer-focused to provide honest advice and help me save money.
Furthermore, he refused to take responsibility for any potential damage to my kitchen, claiming he needed to cut into the walls. This means I would not only incur costs for the installation but would also have to hire someone else to repair the damage done.
I have spoken to other engineers who confirmed that it is indeed possible to install a new boiler without damaging the kitchen.

Hello,
Following our engineer's report and a discussion with him, we would like to clarify the situation regarding your Glow Worm Flexicom combination boiler, which is 14 years old.
You agreed to our fee of £85 plus VAT for the engineer's visit. Upon arrival, the engineer identified a fault code F25, indicating that the boiler was struggling to disperse the heat being created. The boiler was successfully reset, and the water pressure was found to be around 1.5 bar. As a result, the boiler is now operational.
However, the engineer advised that due to the boiler's age and overall poor condition, it would be more cost-effective to consider replacing the unit rather than repairing it. While we are capable of repairing Glow Worm boilers, we believe that a replacement would be a better long-term solution given its age and condition.
We noted that the boiler is located in a cupboard that appears to feature tiles and marble. Although a recommended replacement boiler would fit with some challenges, we are confident that we can handle the installation.
If you choose to proceed with the installation of the new boiler at the quoted fair price, we will gladly refund the cost of the engineer's visit.

I paid for a boiler to be serviced, it has not had a days problem since its installation. A week after the service it malfunctioned and the 'banner' reverted back to the boiler needing a service.
I phoned up to resolve the issue and left details but received no call back or resolution to the problems we were having.
I did however get 3 emails and a letter with a quote for a new boiler!
I now have to get another engineer to fix the problems left by the person who serviced the boiler.
Not the best customer service.

We use GoGo Boilers for many of the properties that we manage at Irwin Scott for breakdowns, annual gas safety inspections and services and have never had any issues. Communication is good and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Had boiler installed with GoGo Boilers, through Vaillant boilers approved fitters list. We had no hot water or heating with tanks in the loft at risk of bursting, got us out of trouble real quick, just in time for winter. Well done GoGo boilers!

Honest, affordable company.
I liked the ease of booking. Sent a message Sunday night after noticed boiler leaking. I had a phone call next morning and arranged an appointment. The gas fitter Steve T was honest, experienced and fixed my boiler whilst giving it a service. The invoice very reasonable - easy to pay either following the job by card / direct bank transfer or online via text. Given them a call, I cannot recommend enough.

Not recommending!
Terrible!!!
I called them and tell them that I have issues with the heating because the fan of
the boiler it’s not working anymore.So I booked engineer for the next day between 11.00am and 1.00pm.
Firstly I lost 2 hours waiting for someone to arrive.I needed to call and ask if someone it’s coming or not.
Second when the person arrived he told me that the fan needs replacement and probably something else is broken as well.He told me that the boiler it’s old(something which I already knew).
He charged me £102 and he left.
I don’t know what kind of help is that and
For what reason they charged me this money.Not helpful at all!!!!

We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our service. It’s frustrating to wait longer than expected, but some jobs take longer and traffic is also a factor.
You contacted our company and suggested the fan on the boiler was faulty, other issues can arise to not make the fan work electrically. You booked an engineer and were quoted £ 85 plus VAT.
After tests were carried out, yes the fan was faulty.
If you knew 100% the fan was faulty, a second opinion was not required. A price to supply and fit could have been given on the phone, instead of calling out an engineer.

A job well done.
Appointment made, the service engineer rang shortly before arrival. He carried out the service with omission tests performed. Also had the power filter cleaned and system refilled with fluid. All in all very satisfied.
