GoFun Paid vouchers don’t work and customer service will not resolve the issue
Purchased what were supposedly discount tickets through my corporate employee discount. When it came time to use it for Sandbox VR, the voucher code wouldn’t work when attempting to reserve tickets online following the email instructions. Because GoFun does not have customer service you can speak directly to, I contacted Sandbox VR. They advised that we just come in because they had never heard of GoFun. The voucher code kept coming up as invalid even when we went in. I immediately emailed GoFun a detailed account asking for a prompt resolution and after 24 hours I got a response simply telling me to use the voucher online. I’m super frustrated because we spent money on a babysitter and drove out to the strip -which was all a waste and customer service is unhelpful. My issue remains unresolved. I will be following up with my employer and credit card with formal complaints. Buyer beware! Don’t waste your money. To add insult to injury, I paid more for the voucher ($104) than I would had I just purchased from Sandbox VR directly ($98) for two people!!!!
