Very poor customer service

The website duplicated my order - 40 minutes after the original processed? There was no way to cancel my order online or to contact customer service outside of M-F business hours. My order had not shipped, but they said they could not cancel it. They promised free return shipping, but the return portal I was told to use was charging return shipping. I contacted customer service via phone (the only option), and they processed my return but marked it for store credit instead of a refund. I had to call back - again - and ask to have it fixed. No apology and no refund so far. I have no complaints about the speed of delivery. Cannot yet comment on longevity or quality of items.

Note: the company’s response to this review was prompt and they assured me they would follow up on the issue.

Product still hasn’t shipped with no comms

Edit: their customer service in the reply is telling me to reach out to the same email giving me automated replies. My order number is 1306896. Please help.

I made an order nine days ago and never received any shipping update (the website says orders should be processed within 24-48 hours). I’ve reached out to their help email and keep getting an automated response with shipping tracking that has made no progress and I can’t get in touch with anyone human. I live in the UK so I also can’t use their phone number. Really frustrated given this is an expensive product! Don’t recommend them whatsoever.

Pricing Gone up $100

Pricing Gone up $100. After several attempts on getting answers (emails quick), pricing for the Chirp Contour is $599 after in less than 30 days it was $499. They said it was a "New Product". Nothing on their website says it is a "New" version. Pricing and deceptive practices should NOT be the norm in these days of "HIGH" prices on everything. Just tell the truth. We want more monies for our products.

Hard Nope

Read the fine print before buying. There is a cost to return products if you dont like it. Also, the Chirp Halo uses propriety pads, which are expensive, and you cant use them more than a couple of times as they loose adhesiveness much more quickly than normal TENS pads. They will also try to sneak a different “suggested” item into your cart if you do a return and it is impossible to get it out and they will try to give you store credit rather than a refund.

I paid almost $300 for the stimulator…

I paid almost $300 for the stimulator and extra pads. It was never delivered. Tacking showed it was delivered on the 4th of October but we were home all day. No package and no proof they sent it. I'm in the process of working with my bank. Beware, this company doesn't care, they just want your money

In the past we purchased the automatic…

In the past we purchased the automatic massage roller, never had an issue with it and actually liked the product. This time around we purchased the Wireless Muscle Stim (Double) which is insanely expensive but yet we wanted to try the product. This time around I actually had to reach out to the company regarding a manufacturer defect issue (which the customer service acknowledged saying that they are aware that the adhesive pads do not actually stick )and that they are supposedly trying to update the formula. That being said it was extremely hard for me to get this product returned. They claim that you need the shipping protection which is an extra seven dollars on top of shipping cost in order to be able to return the product even if it's a manufacture defect. Which is actually not listed in the return information process. The product is not accurately described as they claim saying that the adhesive pads can be reused up to 20 times but on the contrary right out of the packaging they do not adhere to the skin and literally fall off if gravity is involved ( mind you we were very careful to follow all instructions of use and followed it exactly) which defeats the purpose of a wireless product. The pads literally just fall off and yet the company refuses to return the item. It took me over five phone calls and multiple emails to get a return started. They also charged me $10 for a return label. On top of that once the item was in fact returned it took them over a week and then another email regarding the return and a claim through the credit card company in order to get my refund for their faulty product. If I had known that the customer service was this bad I would have never purchased from them. Now they have lost me, as well as everyone in my family and anyone who I can recommend against purchasing from them as customers. Highly suggest you stay away from this brand because if you have an issue with your product they will try very hard to brush you off and ignore you. I also will be going to the Better Business Bureau to share my horrible experience because this is completely unacceptable for a brand to be charging this much for luxury muscle therapy products and provide zero service or backup for the quality. Please be aware that this company is not concerned about their customers.
(Addition to that from personal experience I realize that they cherry pick the reviews that they post on their website so do not anticipate product reviews on their website directly to be legitimate. I wrote honest reviews for the product and none of them were posted)

Title: Horrible Customer Service – Ignored After Over a Week (Order #Chirp1153069)

I placed my order on April 17th, and according to UPS, it's been stuck in San Ramon, CA since May 13th with no updates.

I have emailed Chirp FOUR times — it’s now well over a week, and still no response. The only reply I got was from someone named Maddie over a week ago, saying they would follow up. That never happened.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A company that sells products to "relieve pain" should not be causing customers this much stress.

If you're considering buying from this company, be warned:
If something goes wrong, they will likely ignore you.

I’ve now filed a dispute with my payment provider and will be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I will also post this experience on public review sites until I get a proper response.

Deceptive

I ordered the Halo - Wireless Muscle Stim (Double) and one week after placing the order I still had not received any type of shipping confirmation. This is where it gets good! I reached out to customer service and was told “ It will ship Monday expedited 3 to 5 business day shipping.” I waited until Tuesday and reached out again only to be told “ Unfortunately the Halo and Halo pads have been out of stock for some time.” That would have been great information to have several days prior! I replied to their email questioning why: 1) they let me place my order in the first place if they didn’t have the product to fulfill it and 2) why not mention this to me when I originally reached out. I received a reply stating “ The website clearly stated the Halo is Estimated to ship on the 16th, The reason why is because it was out of stock.” There is a couple of problems with this excuse: 1) the website made no mention of this when I placed my order 2) today the website states “ Due to High Demand, Any Halo orders placed after 1pm MST on 12/11 should Ship by 1/6” - the problem with this is I placed my order on 12/7 and there is no mention of it being “out of stock”. Wonder if that’s why the website didn’t mention delayed shipping when I placed my order. 3) Today is the 17th, my product didn’t go out on the 16th as originally promised. I wouldn’t be near as annoyed with them had they just owned up to their mistake in the first place.

They let me order an item and listed…

They let me order an item and listed shipping as 2-5 business days. The item still hasn't arrived ten days later. No email update, no delay notification, no updated estimate.

It wasn't until I called them that they told me my item was delayed. No email notification, nothing. They said "we posted it on our website." as an excuse.

Customer service doesn't update you

Got the Halo tense unit. Loved the unit but realized I did not get the full bundle of pad I ordered. I paid over $200 and got 2/3 of my order. Realized this 1 month later. Never received and email saying they were out of stock or anything. Contacted customer service via email and was told they were on back order until the 28th of October. This was mid October and I ordered the unit in Sept. I understand back order but at least communicate with the customer. I also got no apologies. Just the statement about the backorder status. 5 days after the 28th and I still have no update. My order still says in transit and incomplete. If you aren't going to give me my full order then don't take all the money.

Go-chirp Halo a Scam…

i received my go-chirp Halo and was quit happy,
and it worked well. the problem arise two days later when the pads would not stik anymore after 6 uses, quick calculation told med it was going to cost me 50 $ a week if i really should use it for my legs and back, that to me is a scam , so basically i cant afford to use it. The company is is-cold with the message that it is consumables. so basically one have to buy a new unit 1-2 times a month hmhm.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife…

I purchased this as a gift for my wife and when I gave it to her she said she really did not have any use for it. I contacted the company for a return label which they emailed me and I shipped the order back to them. They emailed that they received the items back and that my refund would be processed in the next few days. Then out of nowhere I receive an email saying that the "warehouse made a note" that there was "hair" on the item and that I was not being refunded in full. This is a lie! 1- the item was not used 2- we don't have pets 3- the item was NOT used! This is a scam to try and keep part of my money - more them half my money. It's wrong and it's infuriating that this company would stoop to such low practices. I contacted Amazon pay and I will fight this until I receive a full refund. Unacceptable.

I paid over £30 for international…

I paid over £30 for international delivery and then when the product arrived i was asked for an additional £25 for shipping and tax fees... they should be crystal clear on their shipping costs, no where in the checkout process did it say there would be additional costs... i thought £30 shipping was enough. I did email the company and they did not reply back to my question about this...
