Using catch is so straightforward. I used Catch the CATCH APP to choose another venue to fish. It’s simple and easy to use giving you access to fisheries you may not of thought of fishing before. So simple, just book and your away. Great app👍

When not on the site for awhile, it seems like I have to do everything again .passwords could be me it seems difficult.

I found it difficult to navigate for the number of anglers catch appeared to only show me to three when I wanted six anglers all seemed a bit complicated

Vague venue information
The booking process is ok. However the system lacks any kind of map and a code is offered for a gate that does not work and paid car parking is required- all of which is absent from the app

I can see the venue you booked for, and they do have a code to access one of the available car parks; some are accessible without a code. Gate codes are provided where fisheries operate them and are sent out on your booking reminder the day before arrival. If your booking is made for the same day or the day before, the code is included in your confirmation email. Many venues don’t operate gate codes at all and instead have set opening times for access.
If the code you received didn’t work on arrival, that’s not the experience we want — please do contact our support team so we can investigate this with the venue.
Information such as parking and access is provided by the fishery, and we’re continually working to improve how clearly this is displayed in the app, including map functionality.
