Used this shop several times over the years, but I never feel comfortable in his shop. Constantly name calling people that are politically right or who don't agree with his alignment. There used to be a time people were just more than their politics. I don't really interact with him because of this. If Forbidden Planet delivered safely me and my mate would never step foot in here.

Wow. I have just read the reply from Gobsmack and can honestly say I am Gobsmacked! 1, I Don't know you personally and I certainly don't follow your shop on any social media. 2 A targeted attack? When did you ever become so important that you think for one second that you have a more than a frustrating moment in my head. 3 I left the review because I am sick of coming in and listening to whoever it is, some guy with a bald head and glasses always piping on about Trump and that idiot Farage, or how people on the right are 'expletive' idiots or morons'.
I come in once or twice a month to pick up some comics and supplies, to a place i would expect a little freedom from that, and instead I get to feel uncomfortable and out of place. Last time was it so I wrote a review. No conspiracy here fella. Not everyone cares about politics the way you all do in that store

This is getting a bit ridiculous now my friend. My friend also wanted to write a review, but we agreed that it wasn't necessary for two of us to talk about the same thing. So if I did have it in for you, surely I would have encouraged him to do so. The fact that you are sitting there questioning whether or not this is a genuine review is in itself insulting. I left a review because I don't feel comfortable talking about it with you. What do you want me to do, come up to you and say 'hi there, I am one of those people you call idiots because I agree with Trumps Tariffs'. You seem to forget I have heard how you talk about it. And so to your last point, I don't care about a persons politics, it really doesn't bother me as long as you are not an extremist. But not caring about who supports who doesn't not mean that I don't feel uncomfortable when you tie everyone with the same brush. I felt uncomfortable, and no I never said everytime I am in there as you put it, but you know yourself it is spoken as much as comics are. Just because I am the only one to write a review, doesn't mean there aren't others who feel the same. So stop looking for a conspiracy, and just accept that this is how you have made two people feel, whether intentional or not

This shop had my 1989 Batman by Hot Toys for one of THE best prices online - and it seems I lucked out because after I looked at the listing again (after linking my online friends to it) it was sold out!
The packaging was perfect - the model was nicely protected in there. They also don't mess about with Mickey Mouse couriers like Hermes or Yodel - they use Royal Mail - this got big bonus points alone. Rapid arrival from the time I ordered to them actioning it and getting it to me. Really happy with my purchase - the Batman looks incredible.

These people are brilliant. Highly recommended them. Their delivery was the fastest I have ever had. I ordered in the morning and only a hour or two later it was delivered. X

Good quality products and reliable service

The shop is my "Narnia" and I love the way it makes me feel, happy and chilled. The assistants are always friendly and approachable and express enthusiastic knowledge of their products. I visit with my grandsons because they always ask to go to Gobsmack, mainly to see Deadpool and Spiderman. Long may this shop continue its' magic. Happy trails
