Delivery driver left my box by a random apartment (not on the same floor as my unit) in my building when they couldn't find my unit. My unit is on the first floor and there is a sign in the lobby saying that it is on the first floor, at the back of the building. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because they let me know which unit they left it by. My building doesn't have an elevator. Had I been disabled, I would have been unable to collect my package. I am unsure why they didn't just leave it in the lobby when they couldn't find my unit.

The driver calls me from outside my building and I tell him what my building number is and my buzzer code. I tell him to leave the package outside of my unit number as is the normal procedure for delivering to condo units.
I buzz him in and a few hours later I get a picture by email that he delivered it to the community mailbox in the building.
Guess what? No package! I have no idea where it is now.
I’m trying to figure it out but what a horrible thing to happen.

Driver was rude and made me feel…
Driver was rude and made me feel unsafe. I received a text ahead of my delivery that asked me to provide a buzzer code but I didn't have one I could disregard the message. I don't have one, so I disregarded the message and set my phone aside. One minute later, I received 6 rude text messages and 3 phone calls from the driver (that I didn't see at the time) asking me for my buzzer code and "what's going on" "I'm waiting" "I need access" and "?????". I'm a woman who lives alone - this person has my personal phone number and address included unit number. That was rude, unprofessional, and vaguely threatening. I will no longer be purchasing anything from any companies that use GoBolt.

On time delivery. However, my apartment buzz number on the shipping label was cut off, but somehow the delivery person can manage to buzz me. That's amazing!
Next time, please make sure everything shows on the label.
Excellent communication
Excellent communication - really appreciated being notified by text and email every step of the way . Only challenge was the 10hr possible window on delivery day but it was delivered when they said it would!
Truck tracking and delivery was great
It was very helpful to be able to view where the truck was going to be able to be ready for the truck to arrive. The moving guys were positive and helpful, and even went above and beyond in helping me get my packages to the door. Thanks!

The absolute worst customer service
The absolute worst customer service. Packages are dumped in front of the door, with no knocking or ringing of the doorbell, on a high-traffic street. I've had four packages stolen because the delivery drivers don't care. I wish retailers would stop using them.
My delivery was attempted earlier than…
My delivery was attempted earlier than the estimated delivery date, which put me in a difficult situation because I wasn’t able to pick it up until a later date. I contacted customer service, and they were extremely fast and kind in offering me a solution: they told me the driver would call me 30 minutes before the delivery so that I could refuse it and have it marked as failed, then rescheduled. I really appreciated how helpful the customer service team was.
Unfortunately, the driver never called me as promised and just went ahead with the delivery attempt. This completely defeated the purpose of the arrangement and caused unnecessary stress and frustration for me. While the customer service deserves five stars, the delivery execution itself was disappointing.
Exceptional work
It was the driver and his assistant (Gurkirat & Amandeep). They were pleasant - timely - engaged and careful in the handling of our shipment.
