Received damaged item and it doesn’t…
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. The item arrived damaged and bears no resemblance to what I ordered. To make matters worse, the seller has been completely uncooperative and unwilling to offer any form of resolution. I contacted them immediately upon discovering the issues, hoping to find a reasonable solution, but they refused to take responsibility or provide any assistance. This has left me with a damaged and incorrect product and a feeling of being completely disregarded as a customer.

We are very sorry to hear this however we would like to make a few things clear on this:
The item you received was correct and what you had ordered - the leaves looked slightly different which is understandable due to each item being made to order.
Secondly, you provided a photo of the product once it had been opened and taken out of the cellophane and you claimed it was damaged (a candle had fallen off one of the platform) which we ensured you knew how to resolve quickly and easily.
I’m sure you can understand that without photos of the product upon being received, we are unable to investigate further since any ‘damage’ incurred could have been as a result of the handling out of the packaging. We therefore advised we can’t give a refund for this which I’m sure you would agree is understandable.
Please don’t hesitate to contact the support team for any further assistance.

This was a beautiful gift bought for my mother-in-law for Easter.
Fab service and delivery was fast and as expected.
The chocolate bouquet itself was stunning. The flowers looked authentic and expensive, and the addition of decadent chocolates were a bonus!

Had issues no response from customer suppprt
Gift box arrived damaged with a large tear, outer box was fine. Emailed the support inbox a few times but had no response. Gift box was the whole purpose of sending something.
Pretty poor service for a gifting company.
