My mum absolutely loved her bouquet with her favourite chocolates. The silk flowers look amazing too and she loved that she can keep them for years.

Fantastic Surprise Gift

Brilliant service and exceptional gift. I ordered a Cadbury’s Heroes chocolate bouquet for my Sister. It was reasonably priced, delivered on time, and she loved it. Great unusual surprise.

Ordered an anniversary gift of flowers

Ordered an anniversary gift of flowers made of soap, arrived on time but Card was addressed to someone completely different and flowers were broken several of them didn't even have sticks to hold them up. Very disappointed, won't be using them again.

Recieved a melted bouquet of lindt balls

Recieved a melted bouquet of lindt balls. I sent an email.and had no response, so messaged through live chat. David was extremely rude and unhelpful. I expected due to the heat they would have packaged taking this into consideration as I have experienced with abel and cole, riverford, planthood, grubby (just to mention a few food delivery services I have used over the years). It felt like a 30min message battle where I was being accused of lying. Even when I asked if it's easy to open and re-package, I received an unhelpful and sarcastic response.
As a business owner I am often seeking companies from which I can send gifts to clients! 100% won't be using Goat gifts, waste of time and money.

Great company to deal with

The website was very easy to navigate. I made an error with my order and their response was very quick and they resolved it immediately. (I contacted them on instagram)
I did nit physically see the items but the recipients really liked them

Excellent service

Excellent service. Quick delivery. Packaged well so arrived in a quality state. The handwritten card is a lovely more personal touch. The bouquet was a gift and they are absolutely over the moon with this gift. Thank you for a different gift.

Great service

Great service, great product. I’d added an incorrect postcode and emailed to explain my typo. Amended no problem. Kept informed and the gift was very well received. This will be my go to for gifts from now on
