I reported my plumbing problem mid morning and was told a plumbing engineer would arrive between 1 - 5.30pm and he did, at 2.20 so I was very pleased.

It's taken a few attempts to resolve a problem with noisy pipework but following Brandon's visit I'm confident it's now solved. He was very thorough in diagnosing and then coming up with the fix needed, explaining exactly what he believed was the cause and how he solved it. I cannot thank him enough but would also say all of the staff I've dealt with have been polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Within an hour or so of the referral, Jordan gave us a two hour window and arrived at the beginning of it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and managed to negotiate the physically awkward location of the shower pipe leak under our bath. Within half an hour he'd replaced the perished pipe and got our water up and running again. Prompt, friendly and efficient.
