Excellent service, friendly drivers & nice vehicles

Booking process was really smooth and the team were helpful throughout. We were contacted prior to the day of the booking with the driver's name and contact details. The driver was super friendly and delivered a smooth service for everyone - thank you Taimour & the team at Go2CoachHire :)

I had to arrange travel for 11 people

I had to arrange travel for 11 people. It was a big responsibility. I needn't have worried. It went very smoothly. Both drivers were very helpful, courteous and professional. Comfortable mini buses and arrived on time. Will certainly use them again.

These guys were brilliant organising…

These guys were brilliant organising for me to get my family of 5 with luggage to heathrow and back. We also had a cancellation last minute with a plane and they sorted this with no stress. Excellent comms.

Due to booking for New Years Eve I was…

Due to booking for New Years Eve I was worried about everything but I have to say the emails and texts before hand were very reassuring and professional.
Our driver Steve was beyond delightful, on time, polite and so accommodating.
I would recommend Go2CoachHire in a heartbeat.
We will be using them again.

Great Company, great staff

A seamless process from the start to finish, the customer service has been excellent. From the booking of the vehicles, when I had to make changes the communication has been immediate, clear and helpful. The vehicles and the drivers have all been as advertised, prompt, clean & tidy vehicles & helpful drivers. The support from Clare made it easy for me to know that we were being looked after- great company, great staff!

Very rude operator staff

I requested an online quote for mini bus hire, but received numerous emails requesting payment, calls chasing payment etc.

I called to advise that I requested a quote with an online price (which I did with a number of other companies), not a a request to book; yet was greeted with " well you rang us and requested an invoice", which did not happen. This ensued to a disagreement with the operator calling me rude when he was the only one getting irate and agitated. As it happens, I've found an alternative company who are actually £100 cheaper that Go2Coachhire.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate opportunities to review the service we provide and upgrade our processes where possible. However, after investigating the complaint we feel the situation you have described does not accurately reflect what happened.
Firstly, once the quote was requested on our website by Jessica we sent only 2 emails over a 2 day period. One email was the quote requested and the other was a follow up email explaining we had limited availability due to the request being very late notice. Secondly, we also only made 2 phone calls over a 2 day period to check you have the quote. Both of these calls went to voicemail. Jessica then called back and asked for an invoice to be sent over to make the payment. Around 10 minutes after the invoice was sent you called our office complaining to one of our sales advisors for sending this over. Initially, our sales advisor did politely try to explain that there may have been a misunderstanding because we had just received a call from Jessica asking for the invoice and the quote was in Jessica's name rather than yours. You continued to shout over him whilst he tried to explain he could cancel the invoice and that wasn't a problem. At this point, we do acknowledge our staff member matched your tone and became irate. This is something we have addressed internally and would like to apologise for because we aim to set the standards for service in this industry regardless of the situation. We can provide evidence of any of this upon request.
We are glad to hear that you were able to organise cheaper transport. Unfortunately, on this occasion we had limited available, meaning we weren't able to price as competitively as usual.

The team at Go2Coach Hire are amazing! The service in the booking process was great, really good communication, they were really accommodating and then on the day the service was so smooth, professional and exactly what we needed. I will definitely be booking with them again.

Bristol/ Glastonbury and Stonehenge adventure API experience

A huge thank you to Go2coachhire for providing a fantastic service alongside a very clean and well kept coach. Our coach driver was a delight and kept great communication during the entire day.
