Would NEVER recommend

We toured ireland and london and out flight was delayed on the way back from london. We tried to reach them for assistance and had difficulty doing so. When we finally reached someone they were to call us back after 4 hours and told us basically we were on our own. They didn’t offer to check on flights or assist us at all we managed to call airline and are scheduled for tomorrow. Our ride to airport was cancelled for today and they told us we were on our own. We also had no lodging and they told us we were also on our own. We booked tours that were cancelled and also didn’t get our money back. I would NEVER recommend using them. They basically took our money and didn’t offer any assistance with anything and didn’t help accommodate us for anything the tour director was nice. But Leah and sandy absolutely useless!!!!

Bus didn't turn up

24/07/23 estimated due time 11.40 from yoden road to the bus station.
Didn't arrive two disabled people one 81yrs.
This has happened on a few occasions. Find this very distressing shouldn't be happening.
Serious actions need to taken.

Another Bad Experience

Another Bad Experience, i check the NTA App, says 63 due to Hainault Road stop towards Kilternan due 6mins, at about 20mtrs to the end of the road i check App again, due 4mins and the bus goes past before i get to thr stop....Why?
Is the the Driver or the NTA's Fault???

Aldri mer tog

For en gangs skyld skulle jeg la bilen stå og ta toget. Fra Kristiansand til Stavanger. Vi kjørte i 45 min og så ble det bom stopp. Teknisk feil. Vi ble stående i 90 min og fikk ingen informasjon. De låste dørene slik at vi ikke kom ut. Ventilasjonen ble slått og av og det ble veldig varmt og dårlig luft. Unger spydde. Ingen drikke ble delt ut. Hvis en vil at den norske befolkningen skal ta mer kollektivt så må en gjøre mye bedre enn dette. Var første og siste gang jeg tok toget. Fortsetter med bil.

Torsdag 1/6-23.

Torsdag 1/6-23.
Tog fra Kristiansand til Oslo forsinket med ca 1,5 time. Null beskjed/info om dette fra Go Ahead. Vi oppdager forsinkelsen når vi står på stasjonen ca halvtime før toget skulle dratt. Måtte ta buss til Oslo for å rekke flyet til vår reise.

Søndag 4/6-23
Tog fra Oslo til Kristiansand INNSTILT, og nok en gang null info/beskjed fra Go Ahead. Blir da buss for tog. Tog (og buss) skulle dratt fra Oslo 15:25.
ca 16:10 får vi beskjed om at det er vanskelig å sørge for alternativ transport, men skal kanskje komme busser kl 18:00?

Null info til fornuftig tid om dette begge dagene, og klarer ikke sørge for alternativ transport?
Useriøst på alle slags nivå.
Anbefaler IKKE Go Ahead.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Bus 33a is the worst. It never comes on time, disappears from the schedule. It is absolutely unreliable. The worst thing that they do now is that they so not come on their time but come together with bus 33. Horrible horrible service.

I wish to give an insight into our morning of May 12th 2023. My wife had a dentist appointment in Birtley at 10.10 am. We took the 82 to Birtley from Washroom Galleries and it did not arrive. Instead, we took the X1 to Gateshead Interchange at 9.30 am on bus number 6375. All the windows were open and the weather outside had a wind chill of 2 deg C. I closed the window beside our seat. At Springwell Village, the driver stood up and reopened the window. He said and I quote, this bus is not moving unless all the windows are open, I have authority. A couple of people I overheard complained about the cold. I was under the impression the object of drivers was to transport passengers in comfort, like the side of the bus states. The other 5 buses we travelled on later that day, were warm and the drivers were very obliging.

I would like to explain the condition I am in. I am severely disabled, with a spinal neck injury, along with 3 metal plates in my back. The cold affects me in more ways than one, exacerbating my pain levels. This kind of conduct from the driver on 6375 is beyond reasonable. He does not care for the passengers' safety or welfare.

Me and my daughter had a trip to Dublin…

Me and my daughter had a trip to Dublin from England and it was our first time in Dublin.
The transport is completely different from England and we didn’t have a clue what we were doing.
The bus drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the man driving the number 16 from the airport to Dublin on the 4/4/23 at about 9.30am ish, wish i knew his name.
We felt really comfortable and non of the drivers that day were miserable like our English drivers😆 they didn’t get stressed or snappy with us at all.
I’d definitely return with confidence knowing such a good service runs from the airport:)
Also, the Irish people are so lovely, especially the older generation 🥰

N6 bus stop 7838 this bus route is an absolute disgrace. 45 mins waiting on this bus at least three times a week. The drivers just shrug there shoulders and smile as if my time is of no importance. Constructive comments zero needs serious attention

63 bus terrible service

I've been attending college for two years now and have had nothing but hassle with the 63 bus to Dun Laoghaire. Appalling service. I have been left waiting for it for hours before. Its very often late or sometimes never shows at all! It has caused me to be late on many occasions

Why can’t I give zero

Waited for an hour and half on four 18 buses that were supposed to come every 20 minutes about a month ago, eventually just went home as it was clear none were coming. I have sent emails asking for explanation. No response. Why bother with customer complaint section if they are going to be ignored. Disgraceful service.

This go ahead service is the worst service, it is so bad its disgraceful.. how they have a contract is beyond me..
Buses don't turn up (not sure if thd actually exist) always late if they actually turn up.
Don't ever plan to make it on time if you are planning anything..
This is not just a once off .. there are a few go ahead buses that are supposed to turn up , I've actually given up. Would rater walk to get a dublin bus they actually turn up it's an amazing concept that Don't go ahead should try..👍

If it could give it a .5 I would. Travel director spent more time insulting us because we are American. Was insulting to a 16 year old who was being a kid and getting photo at Harry Potter. She was more concerned about drinking with the other tour guides and sleeping. Worst trip I’ve ever been on. Don’t waste your money. Not well spent. Snarky travel companions that are awful to folks with disabilities. Save money, save the tour, and pace yourself.

The bus line 102 is a disaster

The bus line 102 from Sutton to Dublin airport is a disaster. It’s hardly ever on schedule (either very late or too early). This morning the bus drove right past me without stopping on its allocated stop, although I was signaling. Worst yet are the frequent no shows (often in a row too so you’re left stranded), without even informing the customers. It’s completely unreliable and causes a lot of stress.

The 76 never pitched 19th 7am and…

The 76 never pitched 19th 7am and throughout morning. Had to get taxi to new job €35 which they won't refund. They blame TFI for the fake time information. Kids missed breakfast club, college students can't get to lectures, shifts in Airton business park missed
The 18 is another joke . No accountability. Love for Eamonn Ryan to pay for non existent service. Disgraceful how public without luas, dart or decent safe cycle routes are treated. Get onto your local msyot, TD and counsellors and voice our concerns. 76 & 18 service 2 children's hospitals! Beggers belief - should have kept the tender Irish

Go Ahead Fake bus services !

Fake bus service !! 270t to take kids to school cancelled Monday 5th and also Tuesday 6th September, Also 270 from blanchardstown s.c. constantly not showing up so kids cannot get home from school either! Leaving them exposed and unsafe. spoke to go ahead on the phone yesterday 270t driver was absent yet they have no cover driver, I was told someone would call me back to discuss, of course another lie, nobody called back. The sooner we contact our TDs and get this scam bus company out of our country the better.
