I ordered my package for GM Packaging at 8.30 pm on the 17th February 2026. My package was delivered by lunch time on the 18th February 2026. Everything I ordered was in the package was included. I was really pleased with the fast response from GM Packaging and will definitely use them again.

Quick delivery
It was a very quick delivery and the boxes were perfect for our kids Christmas party.

The product on line said; "Accompanying product" referring to the lids for the 16oz ripple disposable containers. They did not 'Accompany' the product and so led to me having to re-order at further expense! A bit misleading!
I am now changing my rating to 4 star in response to the excellent customer service I have received that has resolved my issue and looks to make improvements for the future. Many thanks.

Package was of good quality (sausage roll 8 inch)
Contacted company and answered promptly and was very helpful.
The company that delivered let them down though as made it difficult to collect goods on missed delivery.

The service was so fast, great communication throughout ever stage, great product (Christmas Party Boxes), would highly recommend.

My order was scheduled for delivery Friday 8th August. Didn't arrive. I was then notified that it would be delivered Monday 11th. Still no sign. Then another message informing me that ir would be delivered by 6pm Tuesday 12th. It is now Wednesday 13th 18.30. Still no sign of my package.
This is the result of the delivery company, and NOT GM Packaging. Their service and help with my issue was impeccable

Great priced freezer shame about the delivery rude driver and just dumped the pallet and left so freezer was not unpacked and checked before leaving very poor

I purchased a £401.61 order from the company on the 2/6/22. It came through DPD but everytime they where delivering it kept saying after 9pm bare in mind I am a cafe business and work Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. These times where not suitable for me so I changed them to the next day so as they would come during office hours. After a few days I contacted the company to say that I had still not received my delivery as of yet but to be told that it had been delivered to me at this address the day before , as it had been for a lot of money I did get a little agitated as I could assure them I never received it. After batting back and forth for a while I was told that they would contact DPD to find out what had happened and was told that they would call back in 30 minuets . I never received any call but an email from DPD to tell me that they had started an investigation and could take up to 6 days ,, this was no good to me as I needed the delivery asap. I then had to call back to GM Packaging to ask for the person to whom I was dealing with to complain about this 6 days wait and I was not happy, to be told that there was nothing they could do for me as it was so close to the weekend and they where in Newcastle and Monday would probably be the earliest they could get more supplies to me, angered by this I was still very unhappy but was told that the delivery had been delivered but they just didn't know where it had gone. As I work in a building where we have CCTV I asked building management to look at the cameras to see if indeed it actually had been delivered and to my surprise yes it had but not to me on the Thursday as they stated , the driver in a plain white van just left it out the back of the building with no signature on receipt and drove away this was at 3pm whilst we where still in the building and he drove right past the reception at the front of the building to dump it where he did. I have found the delivery on the Friday brought it in with the full delivery laying out all night in the rain , this delivery is all biodegradable products so if wet can affect them big time. I have now let the people I am dealing with know the full situation and the fact that I am very unhappy with the whole situation to be told just sorry and that's it. Please if you are reading this do not use this company for anything at all as they certainly do not value your custom and trust me there are many more places way cheaper than them but I just wanted all from the 1 place to save a headache but all I got was a huge big massive migraine. Give this place a miss if you require a fast and speedy efficient delivery with great customer service aftercare.
