I have just passed my Level 5 Apprenticeship and wouldn't have been able to do it without the help and support of the amazing Kelly Chamberlain. Kelly has been fantastic throughout, always available to help, answer any questions and was more than happy to put in as many calls as needed for me to succeed.

Thank you for a great learning experience all round.

Just completed my apprenticeship in operational management with a distinction and the support from GLP was excellent. My tutor Vernon Littley was amazing, knowledgeable and very supportive always there to help and listen to any concerns. The training was well organised, professional and engaging and I would recommend GLP (and Vernon) to any potential learner.

After an incredible journey, I am now able to say that I have completed my apprenticeship with GLP. My training coach was the fantastic Robert Blyth and I am privileged to have had him as my tutor. Robert's genuine passion for the development absolutely shines through his learnings and despite the most challenging year of my life he supported me in achieving double distinctions. I will forever be grateful for the support which Bob, GLP and OCS provided me and am fulfilled that I made someone special to me very proud. I will never forget the support you gave me Bob and I will carry every one of these learnings throughout my career - sharing this knowledge with others around me.

To my tutor Vern Thank youuuuu so much, I could not have done this without you and to get a Distinction. You were there for me all the time , guided me , believed in me when I didn't , helped me through some really challenging situations, your support meant everything to me and made all the difference. All I can say is- You are the BEST!!

I am pleased to have successfully completed and passed the Operations Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship. Balancing the programme alongside my full-time role presented challenges, particularly while managing operational responsibilities; however, the experience was highly valuable and has strengthened my leadership and management capabilities.
I would like to recognise the exceptional support provided by my tutor Chris Lewis throughout the programme. He was consistently patient, encouraging, professional, and supportive, offering valuable guidance and constructive feedback at every stage. Their dedication and approachable manner played a significant role in helping me achieve a successful outcome.
Overall, the apprenticeship was a rewarding experience that has contributed significantly to my professional development.

I did my apprenticeship with GLP Training and my tutor (Kaier) was absolutely amazing! The learning was great and the support you receive is the best too! My tutor was always there to help and ready to answer any questions. I learnt a lot through this training company and I would absolutely recommend them! They truly care about their learners!

My learning experience with GLP Training was really positive. Vernon my tutor was brilliant He was patient and structured the sessions so I could understand thrm. Without him doing that I wouldn't have passed .thank you so much

I Really enjoyed the experience, felt very supported through out the entire process from the start to my EPA, my trainer Kaier was brilliant.

I would like to share my positive feedback about the service and the support I have received throughout my apprenticeship.
I am very happy with everyone from the team. Everyone has been friendly, approachable, and always willing to provide support whenever needed.
I would especially like to mention my tutor, Kaier. She has been amazing throughout this journey — always there to guide me, support me, and help me whenever I needed it. I truly believe I would not have been able to successfully complete my apprenticeship without her encouragement and guidance.
For me, this has been a great experience, both professionally and personally. I have learned a lot and really appreciated the support received throughout the process.
I would highly recommend GLP to anyone looking to complete an apprenticeship and have such a positive learning experience.

(yes...being old and having done NO 'manual' labour foa a couple of decades, and unfit , it's a sure recipe
for the course to remind you of it, and plan and take your time when doing this kind of work-pastering and break it up to suit your abilities -mostly physical :) )

My name is George,

i have attended the 2 - Weekends (4 days) Plastering course with GLP.
I wanted to see and get a real feel of what plastering is all about.
Im not going to bore you with details, but not only i have seen what is all about,
but i am now 'confident' that with the necessary preparation i can get some real plastering work done in the house.
how good will it be ? well..better than my first day there, better than my second day and surely better than my last day !

Not only you get a good introduction to plastering, but you get some hands on work with plastgerboard installing on stud walls and bit of dot and dab..
yes..i know im not an 'expert' plasterer or plasterboarder and nore willi ever be, but i feel confident to undertake minor work in my own place if needed.

All in all I will say that this course was DEFINATELY worth it !
not only you learn what to do, BUT you also learn what NOT to do, from various mistakes you make and how they affect the process.
You make the mistakes here, you learn, and every day you get the trowel in your hands you will have a flatter-smoother wall !

I recently completed the Level 3 Team Leader course with GLP Training, and I couldn't be happier with my experience.

My tutor, Ronnie, was fantastic throughout the entire course. He was always available to answer any questions I had, and provided support whenever I needed. His patience, encouragement, and knowledge helped me stay motivated throughout my learning journey.

Thanks to Ronnie's guidance and the excellent support, I gained a great deal of knowledge and developed valuable skills that I can use in my career. The course was well organised, and I felt supported from start to finish.

I would highly recommend GLP Training to anyone looking to further their professional development. Thank you to Ronnie and the whole team for such a positive learning experience.

My Tutor Kelly was Amazing from start to finish. There was point where didn't think I was going to pass or complete, let alone get a distinction.
For context , originally I started my course with Dynamics. My Tutors kept leaving the company and they were struggling to find replacements which caused multiple intervals and gaps within my course. Ultimately, Dynamics couldn't keep me on the course anymore. Which was very frustrating as I was coming to the end. Eventually after a 3 month break, I continued the course with GLP. At this point this , my motivation was quite low and I genuinely didn't think I was actually going to finish. Kelly changed my mindset from the first few meetings. She gave me genuine encouragement, feedback and understanding, which gave me the push I needed. Kelly was able simplify every corner and theme of the Project managing course. She does this in a way that would understand it better and also link this into my work based environments. This course has enhanced my skill sets and boosted my confidence . I have a recently got a promotion within my organisation, which I don't believe I would have obtained, if I didn't gain the knowledge , I did from this course.

I want thank GLP for the smooth process of transfer and special thank you to Kelly, you've been brilliant and I wish you all the best!

Richard was a good trainer, but Kerry was rude to me on the last day, thinking I was skiving when I was taking a barrow full of Plasterboard to the skip.

Having Mark and Rich as my trainer’s, gave me the guidance and knowledge to get me through the PMO course.Both Mark and Rich were easily contactable if ever needed. I have just completed my EPA and have passed with a Merit. This result mirrors the reflection of Marks thorough guidance and helpful advice. He is definitely an asset to this company!

I have just completed my level 5 NVQ with GLP Training these have been outstanding from start to finish my mentor VERN was a legend with getting me through my course, made everything fun but was very supported all the way through anytime of the day. would high recommend

I have been completing my Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship over the past 12 months, and I cannot thank Kaier Smith enough for her support throughout the entire journey.

From day one, Kaier has been incredibly supportive, understanding, and encouraging, no matter what challenges I faced. Whenever there were areas where I lacked confidence or needed extra help, she took the time to guide me through them, provide constructive feedback, and help me build my skills and confidence.

During the course, I was unfortunately made redundant, which was a difficult time for me. Kaier went above and beyond by continuing to support me and even providing references when I needed them. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference.

I am delighted to have passed both my Maths exam and my apprenticeship with a Distinction, and I truly believe that Kaier's guidance and encouragement played a significant part in that achievement.

I would higly recommend her to anyone undertaking an apprenticeship with GLP. Thank you, Kaier, for all your support and dedication.

Delighted to say that I achieved my Level 5 Apprenticeship with GLP training. Everybody has been incredibly supportive, particularly my trainer Vern who has provided invaluable support, knowledge & guidance throughout my course. I completed my Associate Project Manager apprenticeship with GLP, supported throughout by my tutor Kelly Chamberlain, and overall I had a really positive experience.
Kelly played a key role in helping me develop my portfolio and project report/presentation, where her feedback was always detailed, constructive and clearly linked to the assessment requirements. What stood out was that she didn’t just tell me what to change, she explained why it needed to be strengthened and how to improve it, which really helped me build a deeper understanding rather than just ticking boxes.
More broadly, GLP as a training provider did a great job in structuring the course and the EPA preparation. The resources, guidance and mapping to the APM standard were clear, and the programme helped me build both my knowledge and my practical application of project management. The mock discussions and focus on KSB alignment were particularly useful in preparing for the final assessment.
Kelly was always approachable, responsive and honest in her feedback. She challenged me where needed, especially around making my answers more structured, evidence‑based and aligned to the standard, which significantly improved how I communicated my experience.
Overall, my experience was really positive because it wasn’t just about completing the course, it was about actually developing as a project professional. I’d highly recommend both GLP and Kelly to anyone undertaking the apprenticeship, particularly if you’re looking for practical, supportive guidance and clear direction on how to meet the standard.
