Do not purchase from this company. I purchased a set and only one piece was delivered.. I have reached on on FB messenger and email for a week straight with no response .. it took one month to receive I piece to the set. There is no way to send back this one pice I received and get a refund
So I’m stuck..

have had NO communication from them and no item delivered. have emailed multiple times. total scam. going to go after them for money back, total BS

Ordered item and didn't receive a tracking number and got a little suspicious when I checked your reviews. I lodged a claim through paypal and I got a full refund. They did message me after I lodged the claim saying that it was out of stock and that they sent me an email which I didn't receive, then they said would I like something else, I said no I wanted what i ordered. They are obviously a scammer company,. Do not purchase from them,update I did receive the item today and it nothing like what was advertised ,the material which i was told was a linen mixture, colour not what i ordered and it a really cheap and not good imitation as it was $83 USD so it wasnt cheap. Definitely scammers and should be shut down.

Do not buy from this company, appears to be a scam website. I paid $134.28 USD for an outfit on 26/1/26 all I have received is an order confirmation. After multiple attempts to contact support for a shipping update via email I received this today:

I purchased the Minimalist Cape Collar Glossy Crocodile Eco-Leather Jacket, but the item I received is completely different from what was advertised. First of all, it is not a cape-style piece as shown in the photos — it is simply a standard jacket. The sleeves, cut, and overall silhouette bear no resemblance to the product images.

It is manufactured in China and positioned as a luxury item... it really falls beyond reasonable expectations. The photos feel intentionally misleading. The material smells strongly of plastic and feels cheap and synthetic, lacking the quality and finish suggested online.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this website.

This company is not transparent about out of stock items. Additionally, do not order unless you are %100 sure of style and sizing as there is no free return to China. When you do request a cancellation of an out of stock item, they are aggressive in trying to talk you out of it. It’s too bad. The product is decent quality but the price is high.

If I could give zero, I would. Suckered into an order a full month ago and nothing. No updates, no confirmation. I can't even find a company email to contact. Stay away from these guys.

I ordered 22 days ago, so many emails to request an update. Finally 1 email back to say your order will be sent 2 Feb. Another email back to ask if it will arrive by 10 Feb (event I bought it for), just a generic email saying the same thing - it will be sent

I bought an outfit from Gloeria online. Which they couldn’t supply, and at the time I didn’t want anything else. This is 3 plus months ago. I’ve not had a refund and emailed many times asking for one. Recently I said I would accept other garments and have had no response to any of my messages! I would not advise you to shop with this company!
