Prior to calling, I went on the website to try and update my address. I could change a phone number or an email but not my mailing address. I looked everywhere. So, Monday morning I call to get the address changed. The agent immediately tells me I could have done this on the website. I responded that, no, I can't. I already tried. She then starts talking over me. I tell her again I need to change the address on my two policies. She's rude this entire time. She updates the first policy and tries to end the call. I stop her and let her know I need the other policy updated also. She says she already did - without letting me know. A little positive communication goes a long way in leaving a positive impression!

Globe life advertises no health questions. That is a COMPLETE lie!!! I applied for $10,000.00 for burial and was soon getting a call asking my life health history. Being in law enforcement before disabled I knew this was a HIPPA violation. 10 years in jail and/or $10,000.00 fine. There was no HIPPA clause related. I told the Philippine call center girl and all she said was “well you don’t have to answer”. Globe life allows criminal activity! It is your choice.

BEWARE BUYERS READ THE FINE PRINT..They tell me my first month of insurance was $1 they charged my bank account the full $18.65 when I realized how much they were going to charge me a couple years down the line I tried to cancel they already took the payment then they tell me I have to go through a big ordeal to do it in writing for $18 after 2 weeks had passed and I made three phone calls before the final phone call told me about doing it and writing the first two Representatives apparently didn't know their jobs. Then they tell me to contact them after I did this review I sent an email with no reply does not Shock Me.. two weeks later have edited this review two more times still no reply way to go Globe Life

Globe life is constantly saying reach out via email on my review but each time they never reply back or call and that’s because it’s a scam this insurance company isn’t straightforward at all and once customers find out they are being scammed/tricked into something they didn’t agree to they just never respond or refuse to give you a straightforward answer! Globe life you have my phone number and email so please reach out I’m tired of this company telling me to reach out and I’m not getting any response back!!! BBB IS NEXT!

The first time I talked to a man who kept trying to sell me more insurance that I didn't want instead of helping me resolve my problem. He finally told me that I needed to talk to someone in finance or customer service, gave me a phone number, and told me I didn't need the policy numbers. When I called the number and pressed the number I was told to, the call was hung up the first day. The second day I called, I pressed # several times until I was put through to a person. The lady I talked to then was extremely nice and helpful. She did everything I needed her to. I am thankful that you have some staff that are very capable and care about servicing your customers.

As a long time customer of Globe Life, I have always received excellent customer service. The agent that helped me with another issue was professionally done. Helpful and friendly, a plus. Thank you so much.

The young girl seemed indecisive regarding my question.I tried to ask it in ways she would understand but, I'm still not sure she understood. I will call again hoping to get someone who may know exactly what I'm asking and may be able to answer the question.

Customer service lady was very nice and my question was answered, I had overpaid and the over payment was solved. Today I got my overpayment back in check form very promptly. I have always gotten good response from the people that I have talked to on the telephone.

My experience so far is mixed due to technical difficulties in accessing and retrieving copies of pages in the claim form I need to sign before my claim can be processed. Your people were very pleasant and helpful but only on the third call, which was initiated by them because I had not yet completed my claim, did your staff offer to mail me what I must sign. I will sign and return promptly with my brother’s death certificate promptly. Only when I receive the bequest will I be able to tell you how satisfied I am. So far, pretty good.

I have multiple policies with Globe Life and never once had an issue they couldn't resolve. Thank you

I am switching they are old and out dated. Even they online portal isn't using friendly and the Ai bot taking calls is just as bad. They need to close down on top of that. They high as hell

Just talked to a customer representative to explain that I cannot log in to my globe life account due to a change of my phone number. She was very rude. She kept interupting me while i was talking. I could not finish a sentence. I gave her all info to update my profile. INCLUDING MY NEW PHONE NUMBER. Later i got online to view my account and my old phone number is still listed therefore I cannot receive a code on my phone to log in. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I like that I can split the amount that goes to each payee when I die. It is the least expensive option for life insurance that I have seen besides AAA member insurance. The coverage amount is good. It makes me feel better knowing that my burial will be funded and my debts paid, maybe not in full by this policy but I have another policy with another company to pay the remainder of the debt. God is good. The wicked borrow and don't repay (See Psalm 37:21). Jesus paid it all y'all. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ so you don't die wicked. Die a saint.

The don't even deserve 1 star. I have beef trying to reinstate my policy for 6 months. I have done everything they have asked TWICE. I still have no idea what is going on. I have sent 4 or 5 emails. I get 1 reply asking for more information (even when the information is in the message they are replying to). I reply with the information they ask for and never get another reply.

I have called. Messages have been sent to the department that handles reinstatement asking them to call me and no one ever does.

Again, I have done everything they ask of me TWICE have received zero answers.

Do not waste your time with this company.

Will not stop calling when you tell them you are not interested in getting their product. They use different phone numbers different people when they call and when asked to stop calling they keep calling, so now I am at the point where I have to call and report them and might have to contact a lawyer to get a RTO against them to make them stop calling.

Now that the website is updated it is much easier to complete policy tasks and get information.

Nice customer service

Very poor communication every time my life insurance increases they don’t let us of the rate increase so I sent them this message and know reply

This helps you decide whether to accept the new terms or shop elsewhere. Failure to notify can sometimes extend the old terms

1st of all I find the people 2 different times to be very hostile and borderline rude aside from the fact I had to go through so much to get through to them . the prompts are very confusing and aggravating
