Totally time pass company ... all team boring .... waste my time ...loss my balance.... Live chat, Email and Services people are not much qualified and technical persons or employees are scrap/useless zero knowledge mostly and very lazy, not take client issue seriously, with name of KYC my 3 domain pending..... whenever globhost is 1st hosting company they ask personal id .. however when I do process of kyc then showing error ... we contact multiple time to solve my issue .....but support team zero knowledge .... they con't solve ...when ask to refund my balance then .....team told me ....after 30 days no refund ..... that mean my balance & time totally loss..... this one new type of fraud & scam idea. .....

Don’t go for cheap hosting. I switched to GlobeHost’s “unlimited SSD” plan specifically to get more space, but later found out their “unlimited” actually means a 7GB limit. Even when I asked repeatedly for a small temporary increase just to restore my backups, they refused. They also restrict files like PDFs, and the overall performance is slow, with some server IPs even blocked. After more than 7 years, I finally decided to leave — too many hidden limits and poor service.

I’m really disappointed with Globehost’s service. Their support team told me that my issue was fixed and that I just needed to wait 40 minutes for everything to start working — but even after waiting much longer, nothing was resolved. When I reached out again, they simply told me to “wait” once more, instead of taking real action.

It feels like they make false promises just to close tickets without actually fixing anything. Very poor communication and unreliable support. I expected better professionalism and honesty from a hosting provider.

I want to give 0 star but there is no option. Team don't provide DNS panel, even they don't know how to configure domain for Shopify. Worst experience ever.

Globehost is the most fraudulent company to buy domain, hosting, globehost gives out personal information to email sellers, Globehost staff's will enter people shared hosting to steal clients details.
They even collect payment and deny not receiving money.
People never buy from Globehost

Worst Hosting and supports dont buy any services from the frauds we have purchased 40+ ssl in Feb for one year in 10 month the have ended the subscription and asking for renewals
