I completed my Known Traveler Number (TSA) registration and had questions about future communication, beyond the email that I received with my number, regarding my acceptance. I emailed Global... and received an email a response within the hour that the email was my positive response....on a Sunday! My mind was eased!

They are claiming they have sent me e mails asking for information re my renewal. I have never gotten any in regular e mail or spam.

I have just tried calling their number twice, both times I waited in line and was disconnected as I was being transferred to a live person

So far, little to no action taken from this company who I have a card from. They asked me for a number on the card that starts with the number 9.... no such number exists. I sent them a copy of the card several times, but I continue to get the same message back. Frustrating but still hopeful.

I renewed online, which was very simple and quick. I received three emails. One noted that my application was received, the next that my application was being processed and shortly there after I received an email noting that my renewal was approved. It also included when I would receive my new card.

It has been over 3 months. Did receive a response to wait 7 weeks which has passed so cannot give better review.

Please view the correct global entry web,this is a outside service that I realized to late and overpaid.the cost should be $120.00 not $300.00 that i was charged.tried cancellation and they wouldn’t cancel for me and my husband

My TSA PreCheck name does not match either my Birth Certificate or Drivers license. They were given a State"certified" Birth Certificate which contains 'Jr' after my name but omitted the Jr on my final TSA paperwork. I've emailed them several times with no response. I'm 90% blind in one eye and flying to NJ on Feb 5th. Also called 407-641-3729 which is in their paperwork. previously and today. The recording says you're #2 then #1 and please stay on the line. At exactly 5 min 18 seconds on ALL attempts, the call is terminated by them

I have been trying to get my global entry re-activated for 2 1/2 months now. I cannot get through on the phone line. I’m unclear on what the problem is. I have had it for several years and travel across the Mexico border often. I am very frustrated. Please help me to resolve this problem. Thank you

My experience so far with Global Traveler on line renewal application has been very good. There was some questions that came back in email shortly after I submitted my application. I answered the questions and two more questions followed up and I answered them with no issues. This all took place within 4 business hours, which is well beyond my expectations. I wish the rest of our government organizations would be this efficient.

I had a positive experience today, as my husband and I originally were scheduled at separate locations, 100 miles apart. With simple emails, the team got us together in the date we needed.

It is very frustrating trying to schedule my twin son‘s appointments for their interview. It shows the location that I chose, but when I go to click on the time, it says there are two spots available. It will not let me select the time.
I have been trying to make their interview appointments for almost a month now it would be nice if I could do it via Zoom!

I paid fee to Global Traveler and thought it would be simple. However, I can't get the date and time slot that I need for an appointment even though I saw it on the schedule of the government website. At first, they gave me an appointment at 7PM. I asked them that I live not to close to the location so I asked for another appointment. Now, they gave me 7:30am appointment! I am still waiting to get the appointment time for an interview.

They charge you $300 for a $120 Global Services renewal. Their website appears as an official website of US government but it is now.

At least I received my renewal, so all was not lost, only $180 .

They are prompt in sending me their response.

I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I accidentally started an application but I have questions. They keep sending me emails for more information and they provide a phone number I can call if I have questions. However, I’ve called many times, sat on hold and when I’m next in the queue they hang up on me! And I’d like to know why it’s $300 instead of $120 I understand it is supposed to cost. Also the appointment times for interviews are ridiculous. I’m supposed to wait for months….. and months?

This has been the most streamlined process. They have made it very easy to apply for global entry.

The officer made the sign up experience very easy. He was knowledgeable and informative.

My experience with global traveler has been excellent! The customer service is immediate and very helpful. Once an email has been sent with questions, I get an almost immediate response with everything I needed to answer my question. 24/7. Not just during the week. I highly recommend this company for your travel needs.

A 60% markup on the actual price of Global Entry is not worth the service rendered. I understand a service fee, but not this much.

Also, I began the renewal process on the government website (ttp.cbp.dhs.gov) and at no point ended up with this third party company. At no time in the process was I notified or informed that I was leaving the US.GOV site and was shocked when I realised I have overpaid so badly. When I queried the representatives, they said they are fully transparent on their website and I should have known. However, at no time was I on their website to know this was happening.

Which makes the overpayment even more painful.
