I've been a member on global for probably over 5 years. I've seen the site constantly making improvements and tweaking features. The player pool is kind of small for the poker world but I always have fun playing here.

UPDATE !! After I posted this review its like a switch was flipped, I started winning and took my bankroll up from under 100$ to over 1200$. Which was nice, I had fun but then a couple weeks ago the switch flipped back to where I cant win, getting crazy bad beats again. I hope the switch flips back soon or I will be out of money and will start playing another site!!!!!!
Played in a $55 and $33 tourney on 11/9/2024 in both games i lost my stack to the most unbelievable call and runout. Example. There was a min raise a call and i reraised with pocket jacks. First raiser folded the caller called flop 3c 5c 7d I push all in called by a 7h 10h river comes a 10. This happened in both games where player calls with suboptimal hands and calls huge bets to win on river 2 pair. I can tell when it's a just a bad player making a bad call this was not the case this site has bots or players have a way to cheat. Happens to often for it to be just a bad beat.

Globalpoker is 1000% a scam. You may win when you first deposit, and if you're lucky to get a withdrawal, which they make almost impossible, you will lose constantly if you dar redeposit.

Half the site has to be bots and they run on a sweepstakes model, whatever the F that is. Outdated twister randomizer on top. You will get obvious bots call you down with runner runner draws and hit them consistently to drain you.

Save your time and play live with the fish.

They are based out of jurisdiction and pump up the flops with something that will hit everyone in the hand.

Total scam.

ever notice when a sleeping player you know the player with the zzzzzz that player is down to their last chips and they win while not even playing 90% of the time

Love Global poker. Only online poker site I will use. Easy to use. Tons of different tables and games. Cards, slots & more. Everyone should at least give it a try. Totally worth it.

On October 8th, I discovered that my Global Poker account was deactivated

Upon making a support ticket I was told that they believed I was using multiple accounts and/or allowing other users to use my account, as well as employing software to aid in my participation of gameplay.

Neither of these accusations are true, nor have I ever violated the terms of service in any manner. Both of my sisters who were also deactivated share my last name though not my residence, which accounts for inaccurate confusion regarding my account issues.

I have never, nor would ever, employ software to assist my participation in the site.

There has been a grievous error in the company's evaluation of my situation and I would like them to reinstate my account as well as honor handwritten AMOE requests.

I went to cash out and forgot I got a new bank card. I tried to reach out to support, but they're all robots and auto messages, except where you buy coins, so I messaged for an agent there. The agent said "we only know how to help with purchases, not cash outs." I said "who can help me cash out? Put me in touch with them." She tells me to email, so I end up doing that even though I did, 3 weeks prior. All I got was an email with a faq walk through. I asked the agent in the box "what's the phone number to corperate?" There is no phone number. This was a little over 3 weeks, and still no actual person sent an email.

Global refuses to verify my account. Pretty sure they just don't want to pay out. I've done everything they've asked and it's been a nightmare to deal with. I would give them 5 stars if the situation is handled properly.

Absolutely the BIGGEST scam poker website I’ve ever played on. DO NOT waste your time and money on this site. They say their RNG is verified and up to date, I highly doubt they even have one. I’ve been playing poker for 20+ years and I never seen ANYTHING like I’ve seen on this website. The flops, turns, and rivers are so absurd I can’t believe they still have people playing on there. If you’re reading this, listen to me when I say you WILL lose on this website. You may win small amounts here and there, but in the end they will drain your account with the most insane bad beats you’ll ever see in your life.

Minimum redeem is 10 for gift card. Falsification in information. Gift cards start at 50. It’s impossible to even make 50 in the casino site. Very very disappointed. Do NOT recommend this site what so ever.

this is a site that will rip you off on every aspect of the game you csn think of. The algorithm is set so people that play 8 5 off suit will beat pocket aces and kings 80% of the time. The best starting hand wins only 5% of the time. If you do win then they want let you cash your money out as they change the eligibility for withdraws without any notice. That’s why I am letting everyone know don’t play this cheating ass site it’s rigged for only a hand full of repeat players to win. The support team is one sided and never listens to what you are asking at support global poker. They will mark your ticket solved and they will do nothing to help you. There help is telling you that there is no help and then mark as solved.

Global Poker verification process was long and tedious waiting days to respond only to want more info .. and that was just to play .. not even to withdraw . Locked my account until I verified all information ...verification finally successful after two weeks ..played one time and bam! Can't add funds from my already verified account and card already used once ...super pain in the ass ..unresponsive support with non-solution text book b.s about ensuring user security ..well ...I will find another place to play .. just too much of a headache.. I wouldn't be in business if ran business like these guys .. keep it simple keep it user friendly ... Keep it fun to play ...👎

Site claims RNG and "variance" what a JOKE.
Sent me some "ticket" to play in a $22 GPC tourney.
Had ACE of Diamonds ACE of Spades as hole cards, The button raised to 240, I make it 1k, button and another player calls the raise, Flop comes ALL DIAMONDS...the "button" has K diamonds 3 of Diamonds. No ONE plays this way and NO FLOP comes this way. 84% pre flop to a 16% BULLSHEAT hand, and of course i lose the hand, this is just ONE of the MANY "set ups" on global poker, it's NOT Variance, its rigged. Been playing off/on on this site 4-5 YEARS, and the BAD BEATS only get worse and worse. IF they want you to WIN, you will, then stop for awhile, they will send you the MOST insane deals by e-mail, to keep you coming BACK.
STAY AWAY from this RIGGED poker site.

I'm having problems logging in to my global poker account I've been getting feedback from customer service that they're looking into it and they can't get it done. I've been without playing global poker for 6 days please get this taken care of so I can change my password and get back online this has been going crazy

This is the worst site for bad beats, I play on alot of sites and this one is by far the worst, and don't think "it's just the cards" that's 💯 BS...and if you play multiple games at once your cards in 1 game will show up in another game, pay attention to that plus it's the same people who "comeback" "suck out" to win or stays in the lead....it's a fu***n ponzi scheme

100% rigged without a doubt

They refuse to verify my bank account because my bank (CIBC) does not have my address on my bank statement. I’ve sent my official bank statement straight from the cibc app multiple times now. I’ve even explained to them that cibc does not include personal addresses in the bank statement and they only reply with “please send a copy of your official bank statement showing your address “ making it blatantly obvious that they’re not even reading my messages before responding. Site is OK at best considering their customer service is an absolute joke.

Been playing Global for about 5 years now. I’ve cashed multiple times, but never anything over 1,000. Play just about everything you can play on the site, but as of lately I can’t win anything. They’ve become absolutely flat out stingy. To the point where I’m about to hang it up. Blackjack has become a complete joke. The slot payouts have become terrible. Don’t get me started on poker. The site used to be fun to play on, and would pay out pretty good about once a month. Now I’m lucky to see anything going on 2 months now.
