The process was easy and the online portal offers much more than we realised and although not specific to our current needs we as a club may look towards these benefits in the future.

The organisation is clearly prioritising customer care and support. I'm a micro business who has struggled to get set up with POS elsewhere - Global Pay, represented by Rosie Murray, was superb. Gently persistent, helpful, kind, expert and intelligent support; underpinned by a very good product offer - a fair fee (lowest on the market) and a simple card reader at low cost supported by both an intuitive mobile app AND a smart desktop platform which I will use as pay-as-you-go. I couldn't ask for more - I'm really satisfied with the product /concept and grateful for such professionalism and expertise from Rosie and Hiral Bhutiya in sales support. Thank you - you are lucky to have such super staff - value them Global!

I have been talking with Charlie Sweeney regarding setting up my business to take mobile payments. Right from the initial chat, he has been so professional and patient with me. I am not that tech savvy, but Charlie guided me through the set-up of the card reader and we made a practice payment so I was confident that the system would work when I first used it. Catastrophic Communication and Unlawful Withholding of Company Funds!Our company uses a POS terminal from Global Payments. On 14.10.2025 , a transaction of EUR 2,500 was processed through the terminal, which Global Payments subsequently blocked as a preventative FRAUD reserve.Despite the fact that we duly provided ALL requested documentation to prove the legitimacy of the transaction, and were officially informed in writing that the "CASE is closed" (Case Number: FRD-22656), the company ignore us to return the blocked amount of EUR 2,500.For several weeks, we have unsuccessfully contacted Risk Management, Fraud, and Customer Support. My emails are unanswered, phone urgencies lead nowhere, and a helpdesk request has been ignored.I demand a public explanation from Global Payments and the immediate return of the EUR 2,500 that you are unlawfully retaining. Such conduct (closing the case without releasing funds and zero communication) is unacceptable for a business partner.
