Extremely disappointing
After a deeply constructive call, I had originally rated this as very promising and hands-on. However, things since then have plummeted. Despite reaching out easily 4-5 times and being told I will be gotten back to within a day, it has been radio silence. Similar to the other review here, lots of up front promises that have fallen short. It truly cannot be this complicated.

Great start!
We are at the beginning stages of the process and have been pleased with the progress made. The portal has been easy to use and we have had no issues uploading our documents. The agent assisting us, Pedro, has been wonderful. He is attentive and quick to respond to all our questions. We are excited to complete the citizenship process and are confident Global will help us achieve our goal. And, in the event that we cannot secure it, the money back guarantee gives us peace of mind. Very happy so far.
