Just bought a Chanel mini classic flap from Sasha at The Global Luxury Closet. Sasha is very friendly, honest and helpful. She managed to source a Caramel mini classic flap for me within days. It’s such a sought after bag and so hard to find. Sasha sent me lots of pictures of the bag so that I could really make up my mind. Words cannot explain how phenomenal my experience was with Sasha at Global Luxury Closet! She was SOOOO incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions promptly, and her knowledge on the luxury bag market is absolutely sensational!!! I purchased a store fresh Birkin 25 as well as a medium Chanel flap bag in a very sought after colour. It was a large chunk of money to spend, but I could not possibly be more thrilled with my purchases!!! They came with original store receipts, as well as 2-3 separate authenticity certificates from different experts, because Sasha is sooo meticulous and thorough, that she leaves the customer with ZERO concerns. Bags were shipped the day payment was made with a super reliable courier service. Everything was packed stunningly…literally more beautifully than the boutiques do it!! And she makes it so personal, with lovely handwritten notes included. My Birkin was brand new, but my Chanel was meant to be “pre owned” and it was beyond PERFECT!! Seals on the hardware and not a single sign of use!! Sasha just puts 200% into every single step of this process. She is honest, patient and so very kind! I purchased a Chanel handbag and the experience was so incredible that when - by some sort of an (expensive!) miracle - my bag of dreams also popped up on the website, I went ahead and ordered it without thinking it twice! Delivery also arrived within 24 hours. My Chanel bag is gorgeous, as described and came with extras like a bag insert and Chanel box that wasn’t listed in the description so that was a lovely surprise! Peace of mind with authenticity certificate to verify your piece. Would recommend buying or consigning with them.
