Load of very poorly made rubbish with very cheap materials very poor custom services would not pick up and when amazon stepped in they picked up then said will not refund amazon a to z said we will refund you.
If you have a problem because you were daft enough to buy from them like me open a A to Z claim on amazon for a refund.

I purchased an XBOX digital key for Cyberpunk 2077, upon receiving it, it does not work at all!!! Messaged the seller, awaiting a response. However extremely disappointed in receiving a defective XBOX key. Totally unacceptable!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought an office 2019. On the time that i was trying to register my license the product doesn't work. It says the license is not valid. Tried to contact the the store but never got a replied. Do not buy any product from this store is a scam.

Payed for a Win10 Key, it didnt work as I was told by Microsoft that it was a 8.1 upgrade key. Asked for a refund and set up a refund request, but was only sent a new key and not my money. Paypal won't give me my money as something is wrong on the sellers end, and the customer support won't deal with my issue. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere.

Had a little diffculty getting Windows to activate, communcated with Global Key Store who provided me with a new key that did the job.

I purchased a licence key and had some problems with my installation and I ended up needing a windows update to be installed too. their support was great throughout all of the challenges that I had and they were really helpful response and efficient. I definitely recommend using them. Thanks guys :o)

They do make lofty claims not to have anything to do with piracy, but when I bought a lifetime license for DaVinci Resolve, it looked like a cracked version: the key code I got was not recognised by BlackMagic Design (meaning I'd not get customer support or presumably any new downloads from them), and the installer I then had to download from a Google Drive rather than from the official product site read like a cracked software instruction, telling you to replace the executable after installation.

When you buy a product key from anywhere, if it is legitimate, you should always be able to download and register the product on the developer's own website. If not, it is pirated, or at least cracked in some way that would be in violation of licensing terms from the original developer, as the executable would have been modified in some way to accommodate the use of the license key.

Now, to their credit, at least, they did offer a hassle-free refund within a few minutes. That still doesn't convince me of the legitimacy of the software I was provided.
