Ordered glasses online. When they arrived I realized that the hinges do not flex out, which on another pair of Global Eyeglasses led to their breakage very early on. I thought there should be the standard for hinges on the glasses and was disappointed that this was not the case.

I purchased these sunglasses with the initial suspicion, judging by the price, that they would be poor quality, probably have bent frames upon arrival, not fit my prescription well, look kinda ugly, be uncomfortable, and all around be not worth the trouble. I was, in fact, proved wrong. The glasses are fantastic at blocking the sun, the prescription is great, they look amazing on my face (and all my friends agree), they are very comfortable, and they arrived in perfect condition - not bent at all, not scratched, and the nose pieces didn't even need any adjustment!! I couldn't believe that a pair of PRESCRIPTION glasses that cost $30 (and change) could have anti-glare coating, UV protection coating, and scratch resistant coating and that I would actually LIKE them! I can't even find non-prescription sunglasses at the convenience store that are as good of a deal. I will be recommending this site to every one of my friends and colleagues in the market for prescription sunglasses or even regular glasses. I will certainly be buying from globaleyeglasses.com again. Thank you Global Eyeglasses!

Glasses are really good quality and a really good price.
Only thing that can be improved upon is shipping.
There should be more shipping options offered.

I suggest never buy anything from them. First of all, it takes forever the the purchased item to reach you. Secondly, and most important the product look so cheap and uncomfortable. I bought a glass from them and I haven't used it. Its just sitting uselessly .... complete waste of money. I will have to spend again to buy another pair of glass. : (

I ordered prescription sunglasses. Sent the prescription via email, I was asked to confirm my prescription (reading glasses) and then received confirmation it was sent to the lab. When my glasses arrive I was stunned that there was no prescription ! They were just regular sunglasses.... I couldn't believe it. I emailed back and never got any response.. I won't purchase again and definately recommend them.

I am not a person that leaves reviews , but the company is very honest and the prices are the cheapest and the best quality on the market. Anyone who thinks the prices are too good to be true, believe that the prices are correct. This is a place where the indigent, poor, and people trying to save money are all charged the lowest price in the world. Very professional service and great customer service. They even serve the island of Guam. Thank you!

Service was fair. CSR Mark, tried assisting me with my Red glasses but he was unable to do anything for me. I order 2 pair of glasses one for distance and the other was Progressive lens. While my Progressive I am unable to use them, my vision is blurry and has me off when wearing them. I understand that I need distance/reading glasses the ones I have are doing me no good. Other than someone willing to exchange my glasses for other pair. I am not a happy shopper.

I am satisfied with the glasses but have one suggestion. Having placed 2 orders for progressive, bifocals, and reading the reading glasses I received were distance - I guess I was supposed to know where to add the ADD?? I still wouldn't know whether to increase SPH or CYL or both for each eye. I should have called first when the online entry for reading required re-inputting the RX. Not a problem as I will use them for driving instead.

The glasses are as described on the web page and were received in a timely manner

Just received my 2nd pair and we will continue to order from Global Glasses in the future!!! Saved tons of $$$$. Even the bifocals are perfect....

I have ordered several pair of Global glasses quite satisfactorily. One pair of sunglasses (of a buy one get one free) arrived without the sunglasses tint, they acknowledged that the problem was theirs and authorized a return to correct the problem.

Good pair of plastic framed glasses and nice aviator sunglasses. Great price.

Overall, the glasses I purchased from Global Eyeglasses were great. They were all good quality. However, I had to return a pair because they were too small even though the website had said they would fit. (The website allows you to input your current measurements to see what will fit.) I had to email the company to get the return info too because their form online didn't work at all. Anyway, I also ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. Now that I have them, they are awesome! However, it was several weeks after I ordered that the company finally contacted me and said my initial pair were held up in customs. They offered to cancel and refund my order or remake my order with a 15% discount off my purchase price. It was frustrating having to wait so long, but since I had already received my daily prescription glasses, I didn't mind waiting. So, needless to say, I might consider ordering from this company again.
