This is my second pair of these sun glasses and my 4th pair of oakleys...i need good quality sun glasses for working outside durring the summer, oakley has the best lenses imho, they are super clear that i sometimes forget i have them on, my eyes always seemed no hurt from straining all day with cheap sunglasses...not with these! and i also order from the sunglasscheap.us

OMG they're here, my glasses are here. Sent my frames in for lenses 5 weeks ago. Paid $19 extra for DHL shipping because I didn't want to suffer w/ my spares too long. Global Eyeglasses ripped me off by sending USPS. (Update: I was able to get a refund for the DHL shipping w/o any trouble.)

After two weeks and reading the reviews here I decided I needed to buy some temporary glasses to use while waiting some indeterminate amount of time for Global Eyeglasses to get off their posteriors. Hello Zenni! Wow, Zenni took exactly 7 days from date of order to arrival (with no shipping up-charge)!

My frames eventually came back from Global Eyeglasses with a chip in the paint and were protected by only a minimal amount of bubble wrap. In contrast, my $6.95 Zenni emergency glasses came in a hard case with a micro fiber cloth, a PD measuring ruler, spare screws and a screw driver. Clearly Global Eyeglasses has no interest in repeat business like Zenni does. At least Global Eyeglasses answered my 2 email inquiries. And the prescription was correct so it wasn't all bad.

Beware, I sent them 2 eyeglasses for new lenses 6 weeks ago and still have not received them, They no longer provide phone support and promise to respond within 24 hrs to messages or emails, but it's been over 3 days with multiple emails and messages that have gone unanswered. The only email response I received 2 wks ago promised delivery last week. Also note that the tracking number still shows as pending receipt and they sent me emails saying my order was complete 2 weeks ago despite admitting that nothing was shipped. As of 5/4/17, no glasses, no responses from customer service and I see horrible reviews for just these issues on other review sites. Update, the glasses arrived on 5/10, 1 of pair is defective-polarized coating doesn't cover entire lens, I ended up getting an appearance allowance vs. waiting for them to send back to China for a redo. I won't ever use these folks again.

The glasses are beautiful and are superior quality. I wish the manufacture time was shorter but if the end product is a beautiful stylish pair of specticals I can't complain 100 stars! Will definitely order more

Order took 5 weeks to arrive, I sent 3 emails asking for an update and was given the same response: "ma'am our orders require 10-14 days to process after verification, we will send you a tracking number when the glasses have finished"... these emails were sent on day 11, day 17 and day 22 after verification. Paid for "expidited shipping" which was $19.99 for one pair that we needed ASAP but did regular shipping for the second pair. They both arrived on the same day and I was never sent a tracking number or email notification that they had been sent. Will not be ordering from them again, terrible experience.

Did business with this company for years. Their customer service was never good but the price was right. Last time out they sent me a RA for replacement or repair then never returned my glasses or issued a credit. They have turned into a rip off, best to avoid.

I would buy from them again.

When my new eyeglasses arrived, I took them out the box and put them on. They were perfect!!! I made one slight adjustment on one nosepad. I've wore them ever since. So comfortable, so nice looking. I'm super happy with the entire experience.

If you are interested in getting great prescription glasses at a VERY reasonable price, I suggest you give Global Eyeglasses a try. Over the last couple years they have made four pair for me and they are perfect. Save a bundle by sending in your well-loved frames wither new Rx and they will put your new prescription. I love my new polarized prescription sunglasses which would have easily cost MORE than double had I gone to my local optician. Go Global Eyeglasses!

Ordering is made simple and easy by their site. They have an excellent return policy in case your product isn't quite what you want and their prices are among the best you'll find.

My new glasses just came and they are, indeed, great! Except for a slight adjustment to make due to my slightly crooked nose 😊, the vision is great and the size & shape are wonderful for my petite face. My only issue is that It look almost 4 wks to receive my glasses (advised it would be 14 business days); however, Jana in Customer Support was great in responding to my emails & questions always within 24 hours.

But I would still recommend this company and their products.
