Global Elegance really came through for my family during this stressful time. Moving is not fun and this team made it as painless as possible. Would recommend.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would

If you are looking for a moving company that specializes in turning your belongings into a pile of crushed cardboard and broken packing material, congratulations—you may have found the right company.

These pictures pretty much tell the entire story.

Boxes arrived crushed, ripped open, collapsed, and visibly compromised. One box looks like it has been through an actual war. The contents are exposed, cardboard is torn apart, and there is damaged/broken glass and packing material mixed throughout. Another box is literally caving in on itself.

I understand that moving involves some bumps and normal wear and tear. What I do not understand is how anyone could look at the condition of these boxes and think, “Yep, that’s how we return a customer’s belongings.”

This isn’t “a little scuffed.” This isn’t “one box got bumped.” The photographs show seriously damaged packaging and belongings that were not adequately protected during the move.

And let’s talk about the irony: these are supposed to be professional movers. Apparently, “professional” means putting your possessions in boxes, loading them up, and then letting physics and fate figure out the rest.

My advice: photograph EVERYTHING before your move. Because if your experience is anything like mine, you’re going to need evidence afterward.

I hired movers because I expected my belongings to be handled with care. Instead, I was left looking at boxes that appear to have been crushed, torn, opened, and generally treated like they had no value whatsoever.

People aren’t paying a moving company to simply relocate cardboard from Point A to Point B. They’re paying for care, handling, protection, and professionalism. These photos do not exactly inspire confidence in any of those things.

If this is what your belongings look like when the truck arrives, you might as well save the moving fee and throw everything down the stairs yourself. At least then you’ll know what happened to it.

Absolutely unacceptable. Based on what is shown in these photographs, I would not trust this company with a box of rocks, much less my household belongings.

Jessie is amazing in simplifying the process she made sure everything was convenient I feel like no matter when u called she was always available to assist me round the clock ⏰ service all my things where very well handled as far as the movers all items in tact very professional service the movers were very energetic and fun and nice I was amazed at how detailed they where in placing everything exactly where I need it making it easy to unpack they even had a lot of additional tools when loading to make sure my things were very well protected during the move I feel like they went above and beyond when it comes to service

Really bad company. Bait-and-switch tactics. Rude customer service. This place will rip you off. They are a broker. They will quote you one thing and then, right before or the day of the move, will raise pricing or leave you stranded. The companies that they broker out to are known for holding items hostage, breaking and losing personal items. Stay clear of this brokerage. Terrible organization.
There is absolutely no way that the positive reviews are legit. These guys are under investigation by the U.S. Department of Transportation currently. They had 15 complaints against them with the D.O.T in the month of August alone. Do yourself a favor and check it out. They do not allow complaints to be taken down like some others do..... such as the one that you are reading this on now.
Somehow this company has a way of taking down bad reviews as well. I keep posting and they keep taking them down. Shame on google for allowing this to happen. There were 5 negative reviews that have been taken down in the last week. Unbelievable

Do NOT use this company. We agreed on a price for my interstate move and signed a contract. The day before the move, they raised the price. We only had 2 days ro move, so was forced to pay higher price. Then they cancelled for the next day and came 4 hours late on the last day we had to get out of the house we sold. We paid them to box our belongings and wrap furniture in moving blankets. They showed up with neither blankets nor boxes. The used laborers with no experience instead of movers. Once everything was loaded onto truck they told us they would not take our golf cart as contracted to do so. We had to leave it behind with friends. When they finally delivered our possessions, we had to pay them $6000. cash before they would give us our possessions back. When we finally got our possession, most were damaged or totally destroyed. They refused to refund our money for packing boxes and wrapping our furniture in blankets, which they did not do. We estimate $20,000 in damage to our possessions and.their insurance is a joke. Our $1700 TV they destroyed is reimbursable at only $24.00 because they pay based on weight, not value. Our destroyed couch and bed refunds are equally bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Global Elegance Moving provided a fairly reliable service. The movers were courteous and efficient in their pick-up. There were some minor coordination problems that occurred but nothing too serious. I've received my items without any trouble, so I'm pleased with the service.

Absolutely horrible company. Do not use them. They tried to bring me in with a low offer and then sent over a truck that didn’t have enough space and then up charge me $13,000. The rep I dealt with, Robert, should be fired. They are slimy and shady and they will not give me a refund because they said I canceled my service after the Mover showed up. Yes, because there wasn’t enough space on the truck for my items to be moved. Do not use them, they will scam you and take your money and not even provide the service.

Great service from the beginning to the end. I found them through consumer. Anthony was my sales person, and he was very transparent with me. Price was fair. And I’m happy with service.
