It was a brilliant experience with Global Bus Rental as we took a trip to Italy for a week and then 3 shore excursions from Naples, Messina and Cannes. Mr Usman arranged the whole itinerary extremely well and it all worked flawlessly right from the airport at Milan to our drop off at the Cruise terminal in Rome. The drivers we got were very efficient, polite and compliant. Vehicles provided were also of a very good quality. Overall it was the best decision we took for our trip. Thanks once again Mr Usman for being most helpful and communicative all the time. Certainly a great value for money.

We contracted and paid for a one-day tour service in Paris. The service itself was very good. However, at the end of the tour, when the driver dropped us off, he claimed we had to pay an additional €200 because the return drop-off to the original pickup location was not included. Our invoice clearly stated that it was included. It appears there was a discrepancy between the terms agreed upon by the company and the driver, which led to an unfortunate argument between us, the driver, and a third-party intermediary who had hired the driver. It seemed that someone had misled the driver, as he showed us a message from the intermediary falsely stating that we had agreed to the extra payment—which we absolutely had not.

We booked and paid in advance for a 26-seater vehicle for our group of 25 people. However, on the days (4 days) of the service, the company sent two old, small, uncomfortable vans with no air conditioning. This was absolutely not what we agreed on.

The vehicles were in poor condition, completely unsuitable for the summer heat, and caused serious discomfort for everyone in our group. The company made no effort to inform us in advance or offer any kind of compensation or apology.

This was a major disappointment and a clear case of false advertising. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company unless you want your plans ruined and your money wasted.
