Preordered a bike off globalbike in November knowing the bike wasn't available until February, as I paid for it in full they gave a huge discount. I was also rather iffy on ordering the bike as I live in South Wales thinking this could be a rip off but I took the risk and am so glad I did! Great people work there always willing to help even when I became a pest in February as I was like a kid at Christmas! Great excellent fantastic! Deffo would recommend to everyone!

Could not do enough for me as I wanted to change saddle and bar tape on the bike ,these were done as I asked.bike came well packaged and only needed handlebar fitting .would definitely buy from these guys again.Thanks rich for your help with everything.

Bike arrived safely and was well wrapped up... Great price, glad I searched around a bit! Shame about Parcelforce's poor performance (parcel tracker/call centre completely misleading/lying) but Global bike contacted me straight away to find out if I has sorted this issue which luckily I had.

I ordered a bike helmet online. The one I had chosen ran out of stock before it could be dispatched so I was offered a free upgrade to a newer model. Dispatch and delivery were very quick. Overall I was extremely impressed with Global Bike's service.

Ordered on a monday, received my helmet on the Wednesday. Can't complain with that

If my experience is typical of this company's service then I'm very surprised they are still in business. Lack of communication in the status of my order, which after taking my deposit and being left to wait they couldn't supply. Then I was told that my finance had been cancelled and deposit refunded. Neither had been done and they required chasing to action.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, returned an unwanted Christmas present in original condition and refusing to give me money back or even a replacement. They have my money and my goods! Absolutely terrible service and bad treatment towards a genuine customer. They have accused me of damaging the item when we only got it out of the box once on Christmas day, despite this they have continued to accuse me of damaging this item!

I'm not sure why Globalbike doesn't come up immediately on Google searches, but it should for the right reasons.
I got my bike at the best price, I gave others the opportunity and they couldn't match this.
The delivery over xmas period was excellent considering the bike came from france I think, to be built up at Globalbike. it was delivered in an enormous box, I see why now as it came with the wheels on, probably the best way to give it the most protection against damage, it was well packed, just needed handlebars putting on the stem, 4x screws and I was ready to go.
I was well informed of progress and the delivery time, excellent service. thank you.

I telephoned the Chester office to clarify some details of items I wished to order and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Once the items were ordered, knee shields and elbow pads, they were received within 2 days of ordering. An excellent service.

I was in the market for a new bike and had been phoning around a few of the local bike shops with lack lustre results. It had been a while since I last bought a mtb, so I was a little out of touch with what was good and what was to be avoided! Speaking to a very good friend he recommended Global Bikes in tattenhall! I called and had a lengthy discussion with Rich, he went through a few different options (after 5 mins, I decided I would be buying a bike from these guys). I wouldn't normally have blind bought a bike, but with many phone calls and emails, Rich had done some further investigations it became clear the Nukeproof Scout was the bike of choice, my main consideration was plenty of 'nut' clearance on a large frame! I collected the bike today, to say I'm blown away would be an understatement, everything I wanted in a bike and the handover by Jim and James was excellent, told me everything I needed to know and answered every question I had. I will, without doubt be using this company again, no pretentiousness like with other local bike shops!

I still don't know why my gloves were never dispatched to me :(
