Almosafer Recenzje

I had a booking, and I tried to change the passenger name via "I am booking for a different person" option. I assumed it was saved. The next step was payment, without showing the booking summary, name or etc( which I searched for it to make sure passenger name is corrected). I just had to pay blindly. The ticket issued in the wrong name. I called immediately, but no way, I lost half the ticket price to cancel and bout a new ticket. There was no way to check the passenger name before the payment.....so frustrating.

We had government tickets, we want to edit them. but their customer service is HORRIFYING. We waited hours just for no response, we did everything, like paid and sent the papers and passports. And still nothing, We had been contacting them for over 2 weeks. Don't ever go to Al Mosafer.

Beset flight booking web site company , I alomst book all flight through them , great fast change services ,very professional,

I own a hotel.
We do not have an arrangement with this Online Travel Agent, and yet we are listed on their site.
We wouldn't even know if a booking was made through them.
Trust level zero

They are thieves. If you call them, record the call. If you visit their office, make video of your entire conversation.

this company is very bad, I booked a flight ticket, and I want to change my ticket I ask reissue charges very very very high also admin charges are high.don't believe this company.all online booking is cheating

We should not spoil someone's reputation

Fraud website
Made a hotel booking for 2 nights and when i reached hotel hotel saying booking is not confirmed and customer service is not giving any proper response made me wait 3 hour in hotel lobby
Booking ID H230118241356
They cheat with customer , take money and then no reply

This company has a bunch of liars and they are really hard to deal with they give you false information I had a flight which I missed first they said “Your booking taxes is refundable” I had two tickets one is for three people and one is for two people but they wanted to give me two different amount and one was lower than the other and when I asked for breakdown of why it’s cheaper no one helped and now they are saying your booking taxes are non refundable. NEVER USE THEIR APP AGAIN EVEN IF YOU GET CHEAPER TICKETS USING THE WEBSITE!!

Horrible company failed to issue out ticket after 48 hours and when contacted said the ticket had been cancelled and promised a refund in 3 days, luckily I called them to check or we would have missed our connecting flight to London

Worst booking site and customer support.
Three hours to change the flight date, was charged more than the ticket price and still didn't receive the ticket!

great company , I alomst book all flight through them , great fast change services ,very professional

Worst booking site & worst customer service. Please do not book your ticket with them.

Booked a flight ticket. Still didnt receive an e ticket. No customer care mails or calls are answered. My booking cant be retrieved. This looks like fraud!! Please avoid this Travel agency at all cost !!

This company is spoiling the good name of the people of Saudi Arabia who are known to be trustworthy and hospitable. Almosafer business will, not only collect your money and fail to give you the booking you requested, the customer service will insult and refuse to help you to do anything. You need to hold the call for 1 hour before someone answers. Its a fraudulent business.

Thieves. Be careful! Don’t deal with them. It’s a company of a gang Egyptians thieves.
What ever you see great deal ! It’s a trap. Believe me. Just run.

Non profissinal team and non profissinal travel agency. Very poor customer service.
I lost 102.04 AED after cancelled one free cancellation reservation due to incorrect way to hold / block reservation amount.
