Global Eco Energy Solutions took a bit of finding.

Having enquired with several supplier/installers and met a wall of sales jargon and gobbledygook it was a breath of fresh air to come across the Global team.

From first contact it became obvious that they were people who understood the field they were operating in and how to assure customers that they could deliver what is a reasonably new and maturing technology.

The installation took 4 days and their team demonstrated a solid skill base and were happy to give time to explain to their customer different aspects of the rig.

Finding they had an apprentice plumber within their team who was under constant education I regard as a marker that Global cares about continuity both for their staff and their customers.

Their electrician was also very helpful with advice regarding marrying the old and new systems together and suggested several safety steps to improve the installation.

All in all it was a good experience for the customer who is grateful for the care and professional standard exhibited.

Global Eco Energy Solutions fitted a solar panel and battery storage system to my home in late January 2026.

The system was sized and designed to meet our specific power consumption needs. The fitting process only took two days and the friendly installer kept me updated throughout the whole installation process.

All paper work such as MCS certificate, warranty certificates, user manuals and DNO authorisation were promptly delivered after installation completion.

The system has now been installed for over three months and has worked flawlessly.

The battery system not only lets me store any excess solar energy the solar pv system produces, it has allowed me to load shift my energy usage, utilising cheaper overnight tarrifs to use during the day, which significantly reduced my bills in the winter months when the solar production was at its lowest.

I would definitely recommend a solar pv and battery system and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Global Eco Energy as an installer.

We found the company to be quick to respond to our enquiry sending out a salesperson who spent time explaining the solar panel and battery system. The price was competitive in comparison to other companies.
Once contract was signed the work was carried out within 2 days Workers efficient and knowledgeable about the system. All debris was collected and we are delighted with the results.
Jim and the team communicated regularly throughout. We were sent all relevant paperwork and a team member helped us download the app so we can understand better the service we are receiving.

Great experience with Global Eco who installed my new Air Pump central heating system. They are a fabulous team of efficient, effective people. The whole operation was overseen by one of the owners, who checked in frequently. The team who worked in the house were fantastic. They were respectful, knowledgeable and flexible and tidy. Their customer service team are fantastic. They answer immediately and do what they say they will. The communication re the installation was great.
The system is up and running and we're really pleased. I can highly recommend Global Eco.

I first contacted Global-Eco before Christmas last year and was impressed with their knowledge and helpful advice on what would be best suited for my home. I purchased a Solar PV with storage batteries system and have been very happy with the installation.
All of the work took place in 2 days, their attention to detail, competence, safe installation and testing of the system to my home was impressive. They were very informative and helpful, the works area was kept clean at all times and the waste was removed immediately leaving no mess at all. I now have what I wanted so that I can better manage my energy usage to minimise costs. Thanks to all at Global-Eco for providing me exactly what I wanted.

We opted for a solar with battery storage solution. Throughout the process, communication was good and the installation was also done satisfactorily. After the first heavy rain following the installation, our roof leaked where the panels put up, but upon reporting it, the issue was quickly rectified.
All employed contractors also did a great job and were very professional.
Price was also competitive as far as I can tell.
My only minor complaint would be that recently communication seems to be rather poor - we tried to get the name of the contractors who put the panels up as our roof is having some random leaks again, but my e-mails remained unanswered. (most other roofers are not qualified to touch the solar panel installation).

Overall, Global Eco were a good company to deal with. Fitted solar panels to our outhouse last year which are still working well. Company was maybe a bit slow on communication/updates but no worse than a lot of companies. I’m used to having to chase tradesmen! Good aftercare from the electrician when the connection to the app failed.

Great company, would highly recommend. Helped manage the whole process from planning the right system, funding to institution. Very happy with our solar, batery storage and car charger system.

Super happy with our experience with these guys. Very friendly and time efficient installers, and the house is now lovely and cosy for a lower cost, despite us now going into winter! We got solar panels, a battery and air source heat pump with them - great combo

We decided to instal a solar system with storage battery. The team from Global Eco were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They guided me through the Scottish grant process which was a great help. The installation was carried out swiftly and professionally. Since then my electric bills have decreased significantly and I am getting money back from the energy company.
