Thanks for your feedback, Jamie.
We’re really sorry to hear this, but after checking our system, we couldn’t find any record of your enquiry. It’s possible something went wrong during submission. We always aim to respond promptly, so it’s frustrating when something slips through the net.
If you’re still looking to scrap your car, feel free to give us a call — we’d be happy to help.

Great servive, definitely recommend.
Great service
Completed online form late on Saturday and chose Monday as collection date, honestly thought that wouldn't be possible due to the short notice. But car was collected Monday and money was processed the same day. Can't fault the service.

Thanks for your feedback, Jeff — and we’re genuinely sorry for the lack of response.
At the time, we were dealing with some staffing issues which affected our usual level of service. That’s now been fully resolved, and we’re working hard to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review.

Great to hear the driver made a good impression — but we completely take on board your point about the communication. We were short staffed at the time, which caused some delays, but we’re now back to full capacity and working hard to keep things running smoothly. Appreciate the review!

Thanks for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear about your experience.
We did have a technical issue last week which meant some notifications didn’t come through as they should and unfortunately, it looks like yours was one of them. That’s not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration.
If you're still looking to scrap your car, please give our office a call, we’d really like the chance to make it up to you and show you how we normally operate.
