Gliderobes  Recenzje

Swift and professional sales advice, and a competitive quote. I was left feeling confident of the knowledge and assurance provided. The fitter was similarly reassuring, and explained the fitting process accurately, again creating trust in the service. The installation went brilliantly, and the finish was excellent. We are thrilled with our purchase.

Brilliant service

We visited the Gliderobes showroom after researching them online, and we’re so glad we did. The showroom was beautifully laid out, and the staff were genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful with all our questions.
We dealt with Carl, who was incredibly informative and guided us through the design process using their computer system. He helped bring our ideas to life without ever making us feel pressured or pushed into a purchase. Once home, we were able to log in to our designs, make further tweaks, and even ended up adding another wardrobe.

When we were happy, we contacted Carl again, and he double‑checked everything before arranging a home survey. Mark got in touch to book the survey and even called on the day to ask if he could come slightly earlier, which suited us perfectly. He talked us through the whole process from start to finish, and our design was finalised.

A few days before installation, we received an email with delivery details. Mark arrived before the delivery, and Brian assisted him with sorting the items. Mark got started straight away, laying down dust sheets and being very considerate about our carpets, even though we told him he didn’t need to worry about his shoes. Despite the hot weather, he worked tirelessly and professionally, always happy to show us the progress. He worked right through to the end of the day, leaving everything clean and tidy for the next morning.

The following day, he continued with the same dedication, again keeping us updated and making sure everything was perfect. We are absolutely thrilled with every inch of the wardrobes.

Mark’s workmanship is outstanding — he’s a true gentleman with a work ethic you don’t often see nowadays. When he finished, everything was spotless. We’re over the moon that we chose Gliderobes, and even more delighted that Mark was our fitter.

Simple process, excellent service.

Gliderobes have gone above and beyond, we made an error with our initial bedroom layout, they were very understanding and assisted us with amending the design to resolve the problem, very thorough and professional throughout, would highly recommend!

Promt efficient service

This is the second time we have used Gliderobes to fit wardrobes in our bedroom. The last time was eight years ago, but we moved house this year. The service was excellent from start to finish and absolutely seamless. We had Peter the same fitter who was brilliant as was Sydney who did our with our design. Delivery was straightforward as well. We cannot rate them highly enough.

I wanted to put in two sets of fitted wardrobes to a recently bought new house and came across Gliderobes online while searching for possible suppliers …. I wanted to fit them myself, I enjoy this kind of job.

I had a thorough look at their website …. loads of choices …. and requested some samples on the Sunday night and amazingly they arrived on the Tuesday. Their online configuration tool allows you to design and save your ideas; doors and interiors, and once I was happy with my choices I contacted Mollie (who had sent my samples) to confirm and configure my doors and custom interiors.

My set ups were designed, made and, due to an available delivery slot to Central Scotland, delivered extremely quickly, by their own very friendly and helpful delivery driver (whose name I sadly dont remember?)

The products supplied are absolutely first class, very good quality, well finished and very well thought out …. which you quickly realise as you start to build them. Nothing is left out, from the fitting kit …. screws, brackets, shims etc and stick on matching screw covers which I thought was a really nice touch …. to the very comprehensive fitting guide which I found invaluable. I am absolutely over the moon with the finished product, it looks fabulous and works perfectly.

I wouldn’t have any doubts about recommending Gliderobes and will certainly contact Mollie for any future projects!! Just a shame I can’t add photos!!

I can highly recommend Gliderobes. They are professional from the very start to the finish. I would like to say a big thank you to Andy the fitter who was superb. Also Billy the driver who managed to get the wardrobes up the stairs! And not forgetting Carl for your patience and making our vision real.

From start to finish a perfect job
Carl went out of his way to help us not pushy just listened and sorted what we described
Andy the fitter did a excellent job arriving on time and left the room nice and clean
Told delivery would be at 0730 it was here exactly on time
Would most definitely recommend Gliderobes to anyone who wants a no fuss quality product at a competitive price they look brilliant thankyou

From start to finish, design to install… can’t fault anything!
Great service and support, would highly recommend!

I'm absolutely delighted with my new fitted wardrobes from Gliderobes, which were fitted several weeks ago. They are of an excellent quality. Their service has been second to none, with no pressure being bought to bear at any point. I visited the showroom, and Mollie took her time showing me all the options to suit my design and budget. I had visited other companies beforehand, and found Gliderobes' pricing to be very competitive too.
The delivery arrangements went very well, and Mark, the fitter, was very easy-going and friendly, and did a great job. There was a slight snagging issue afterwards, but Mark sorted this out and all is perfect. I highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with our new wardrobe. The whole process from our first visit to the showroom where Molly helped us with the measurements and design to the on time delivery and also Mark who made a great job of fitting our wardrobe. If you're thinking of new bedroom furniture I can thoroughly recommend Gliderobes.

Excellent service from initial design by Mollie to fitting by Alex, communicated everything and no problems at all.
Have recommended and will use again.
First class experience.

We were very impressed with the Gliderobes staff from initial quotes to final supply and fit. Pete the fitter did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Gliderobes to friends and family. 5*

This is the second time we have used Gliderobes and once again we received fabulous service all the way through from Mollie planning and ordering our wardrobes to Mark our fitter who was faultless and a pleasure to have in our home. The fitting was perfect and the room was left spotlessly clean.
The wardrobes themselves are top quality and we can highly recommend the company to anyone looking for new wardrobes.

My experience was brilliant. Sydney in particular was amazing. She helped me decide what I wanted and gave me a price straight away. I had quotes from other designers and Gliderobes were very competitive and above all the quality of the wardrobes were great, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish and I was surprised at how quickly everything was finished. I would highly recommend Gliderobes. 💯

Excellent customer service from start to finish with everyone we came into contact with. The team went above and beyond to help us sort the wardrobes a little quicker than they would usually, as we were in a time crunch expecting our baby. We loved the process of drawing the design online and appreciated the changes that were suggested by the team to really make the most of every inch of space we had. The quality of the wardrobes is 10/10 and we are beyond happy with the final product! Absolutely recommend Glide Robes and have already been singing their praises to everyone we know!
