This was a great way to use my insurance benefits. Combining those with a great sale I was able to afford the transition lenses I wanted. I also received my glasses more quickly than I expected. The prescription is spot on and I couldn't be happier. The website is easy to use adding in insurance to see what you're paying right upfront. Great way to get glasses from the comfort of your own home. Highly recommend.

I have reached out six times to customer service and when I asked my question and they have hung up 5 times. One woman was very kind but just told me to wait.

My dilemma: I ordered their glasses with a prescription. I paid for prescription lenses and frames. My insurance company was then billed and I received only the frames and not the lenses. This is after having specifically asked customer service questions right after purchase. I had contacted three before delivery and was hung up on twice and then finally told you’ll just have to wait, if you don’t like them return them. I then received the frames with no prescription lenses and contacted three more times to be hung up once twice once again (they would start the chat, take my information, say I wasn’t responding and hang up…as I was responding) then I was told I could get a refund but that it wasn’t in their system yet and I’ll need to wait for up to two days for a return slip to be emailed.

There needs to be better customer service and order fulfillment. I received an email stating someone would reach out to verify all the specifications of my glasses and prescription to be sure before shipment and never did receive that call. I’m very disappointed as the frames are very nice but the fact they charged my insurance and didn’t reach out to me as their order placement email stated and then proceeded to hang up on my almost a half dozen times has left me not wanting to give them business.

I really couldn’t recommend them to anyone as this customer service and order placement needs major changes. Even just being kind goes a long way.

Web site was very easy to use. Glasses arrived very fast.

I got a notification yesterday saying that my glasses were delivered, but they were not delivered to either my door or mailbox. Can you please track my package with USPS to find out where it is?

I loved the frames. The shipping was quick. But my lenses feel off I read doubles so I think something is a mess. Not sure how to fix this . Any advise

Easy and fast service

Hello, I received my new glasses today.
I ordered the COACH Striated Maple/Blueberry Frames, because I have Blue eyes.
The Frames I received are DARK and look nothing like your website photo for the Frames from which I ordered, (the Blue and Maple colors)
I have spent a LOT of time researching a color of frames that would be suitable for me and a lot of money too on this pair of glasses.
I am not happy with the incorrect coloring of the frames.
I have photos of what you show online, the color frames I picked out, and a photo of what I received, very dark frames.
The lenses are good but not happy with the Frames.
