this is a scam!!!
I did not receive my package, they not answer my chat. I sent 3 emails ,I sent 4 text to live chat(looks like its dead chat).
I ordered my stuff on Dec 4th and after some many emails I finally got it on Jan 5 2021
Live chat is not working as it should be. It clearly says that they will reply with 24 hours but I still did not get any reply after 72 hours.

It takes 1-2 days for production and the shipping time takes 3-7 business days.
Again the track and trace code will be available 1-2 days before delivery.
We are trying to reply within 24 hours but we can not answer within 5 minutes!
We do have a refund policy, when the product is damaged we offer free pairs or a refund.

Bestel NIET van deze website, veel te duur voor een plastieken fototje. Er zijn veel goedkopere sites te vinden. Ik had ontdekt dat ze niet van echt glas waren gemaakt dus ik wou snel mijn order cancellen, mijn bestelling is nog niet gemaakt en volgens het beleid is het dan nog niet te laat om je bestelling te annuleren. Glass plaque weigert echter om dit te doen en mijn geld terug te geven. Wat een overpriced amateurs....

We hebben u meerdere malen in onze mails verteld dat je order sinds 27 november onderweg is en dat het 7 December geleverd word.
Het duurt 1-2 werkdagen voor de productie and the verzendtijd bedraagt 3-7 werkdagen.

Completely misleading ads and branding.
I just purchased a custom “glass” plaque after seeing all the stunning Instagram ads for these. Needless to say, it does not live up to the hype of the ads or the images on the website. The image I chose was applied off centre and the image looks streaky, like whatever printer they were using was running low on ink. And while they state on their website the plaques are “acrylic glass” I find the company name misleading. Acrylic glass is not glass, it’s plastic—it’s not thick, weighted plastic either. It’s thin (like 1/4 inch) so it doesn’t feel luxurious or high quality like I was expecting. This will be a stark reminder to me to order from local Etsy sellers next time instead of through an Instagram ad. They do have relatively quick shipping and shipping was free so that was a plus at least.

Plaques are not made of glass.
Your plaques arent glass and you shouldnt mislead people saying they are glass. They are cheap Acrylic perspex and it arrived with scratches in it anyway.

It states in our website that it’s made of ACRYLIC GLASS AND NOT GLASS. We are not misleading because everything states in our website.
