They actually deserve zero stars.
I was having some pieces from this brand but buying them from local sellers as I live in Germany. But on the 17th of November 2023
I gave this brand a chance and bought directly from Glamorous website. Huge mistake. They sent my order after 3 days. Then time passed by and there was no info about my parcel on the tracking website. I wrote to the customer services and no answer. I had to call the German customs and the German Post to finely find my parcel and to make it move out of the customs. There was no problem with the customs check, they just forgot the parcel somewhere. So after 20 days and MY efforts, I finally got the parcel. And guess what??? The customer services wrote to me right after I got the parcel an answer that my parcel was delivered on 7th of December!!! Oh, so kind of you, to write to me, after I had to solve the problem and informing me that I got my parcel. Thank you, I’m well aware of that! I payed also the customs duties for the stuff you sell on your website! Not worth it! The styles I got had low-quality both in fabric and in execution.
Never buying a thing again from this website or this manufacturer!

I was sent a USED pair of shoes! I couldn’t believe how worn down they were when I opened the box, it had scuffs all over, the sole was dirty and the brand mark on the heel was peeled off because of friction from feet. There was also a post it note in the box saying “damaged item” and yet it was still sent. I have sent them an email with all the pictures months ago and they never got back to me.

If I could give them no stars I would. Please stay away from this company there is no phone number nor locatIon for this company. I believe this a SCAM company. I’ve emailed them several time with no response as of yet. Thankfully my I was able to dispute with my credit card company. BEWARE!!!!

BORING. I have no more words to describe this series.

Purchased a dress by this brand from asos that was gorgeous! Unfortunately the sizing is horrific! I’m a size 10, sometimes an 8 and the 12 was tight. Wouldn’t recommend

Out of two mystery bag I receive 6 items 4 of which were accessories. One of which were hair ties. Feels very low effort.

I was afraid to shop this place because I live in Spain but my experience have been excellent!!! The items are wonderfull and personalized service has been very very good!!

I signed up for an epilator on line. The price went down at 47$. They charged me $145 on my credit card. I immediately cancel it. After a few emails, they reimbursed me $65. They never wanted to reimburse me the difference. On top of that, they are sending me emails on other products they want me to buy! Good luck if you order anything from them!

Garbage products and garbage customer service. Order the leak proof panties- don’t fit well, extremely uncomfortable, very poorly made. Customer service refuses to help.
Might as well just take a $50 and light it on fire.

I had order some Christmas gifts paid expedited shipping a month later still no package tracking number dosnt work this company is bull spit no communication from them either I want what I paid for

I have ordered 3 products and get them today but the product was totally wrong they were not that product which i ordered and they even don't reply for return policy

Posted on 12/11 about sending back a jacket with no refund or even a response from Glamorous.com. Got a response from them on here asking me to send them details ASAP- to the same address that all my other emails bounced back from!!!! This response only added insult to injury. Have started a PayPal dispute with these crooks.

Took a long time to arrive anyway but what I have got is absolute rubbish, the bathmat in the pictures looks really thick and good quality, laughable what has arrived, wafer thin looks like it has come from the pound shop and returns you have to pay £5.95, seen some reviews before ordering and they were all good but looking at trust pilot they are nearly all bad, should of dug deeper before ordering! Beware, they will not get any more money off me!!!

Returned clothes via the royal mail option. Customer service is slow to respond and incompetent, they request the same information over and over again. Customer service page on the website doesn't exist either. I've been waiting for a refund or response for almost a month now.

Very fast shipping, great service, I simply love my coat, it's exactly like seen on the website. Definitely I will buy again soon!

Bought dress from asos and another from the glamorous website!! What an awful company… when they send order confirmation they send you a Manchester number and when you call it there are 6 options (clearly the same person for all options) and funny they all go to an answer machine!! Email and it comes back with a postmaster error!! It’s a joke and still have my money!! Stay clear of them!!!

I paid money Through Online But I didn’t get my order Its Total Fraud and scam .. they are not even replying .. and Giving Fake Phone pay number after Receiving money they are Keeping switch off .. Don’t Trust it's Fraud and SCAM

I returned purchase today as I needed a size 7 and received a size 6 I would like another pair size 7 please thank you.

i placed my order on 9/1/2022 today is now 9/29/2022 my order has not shipped yet and i can not get anyone at the company to respond to me as to where my order is.

Love my order, will definitely order more from Glamorous.
