If I could go below 1 I would. No one answers the phone. Their dresses are cheaply made and you can’t return them. These people are the WORST!

Over priced crap bad quality to top that off i had a notification from my credit app that this website has leaked my details to the dark web. I have screenshots

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE AS SOLD UNSEEN THEY WILL NOT SEND ADDRESS FOR REFUND AND MAKE RIDICULOUS OFFERS THE DRESS IS NICE ENOUGH NOIT WORTH THE MONEY BUT SIZING IS OFF AND NOW THEY WIL NOT REPLY OR SEND ADDDRESS FOR RETURN TOTALLY ILLEGAL SCAM SITE

Do not buy office site at all they will not action refunds when you buy something and the sizes they send do not make the sizes on their size chart. Natural dress is very nice but the service is appalling and nothing fits. What a disgraceful business I am going to report them to trading standards.

They say worry free return process. Then when the dress doesn't fit, will only offer you a 20% refund and keep the dress or a 30% refund if you accept their gift card for another purchase. Not all dresses are made the same. I will never purchase another dress from them.

I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. It was received sooner then expected. The quality and material of the dress what outstanding. I even received earrings that were purchased with it. It matched so well with the dress. The wedding was 12/14 and i was looking mighty fine!!

We ordered a 4 regular. No custom measurements. The dress came in smaller than the chart measurements. Sleeves to short, chest measurements wrong and small, waistband seam was off and the back to tight to zip. Their Return policy stated 14 day returns. No mention of 15% stocking fee. They continued to harass my daughter for pictures proving the dress was tight on her body. The customer service for the company continued to harass her by demanding pictures of her measurements while taking pictures of her breast, waist and hips with a measuring tape. I find this-request inappropriate photos. Its creepy. They refuse to refund the full amount as stated under the return policy. I would give them a 0 if I was able to write this review.

Ze verdienen als tussenpersoon heel veel geld.
Als je wil retourneren hoor je niks meer..Creme besteld voor €33 .
Bij Temu voor €2,42.
Hun bestellen ook Temu . a Ali enz .

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wedding dress was CHEAP material , not correct measurements and they took out double the amount from my card that what the original price ways. This place is a BIG SCAM!!!!! I had to find a last minute dress a few days before my wedding.

Ze zeggen dat het artikel is aangekomen maar helaas is dit niet zo!
Neem je contact op met klantenservice via de mail krijg je hele domme antwoorden terug op je vraag waar blijft mijn artikel ? Antwoord : " is volgen " en " wat is jou" .
Met deze antwoorden kun je helemaal niets !!!!

J’ai commandé une robe de mariée sur mesure. La robe est pleine de défauts (accros, tulle découpé aussi bien qu’on chiffon). Les tailles que j’ai données pour confectionner la robe ne correspondent pas… photos à l´appui mais le service client de glamora ne veut rien savoir vu que c’est du (soit disant) sur mesure… aucun dédommagement! ne perdez pas votre argent comme moi et commandez ailleurs! À fuir… la robe va partir dans la caisse de déguisements de la maison

I'm still 2 months trying to get a refund I have tried to send back and had to pay 34 pound extra they keep saying they will refund but don't.

Took several weeks to get my dress..did not fit...returning it..I now have to send pictures of myself in dress showing it doesn't fit ..now being charged 15 percent restocking fee and I have to pay $30 for shipping..dress came to me inside out..obviously someone else had tried it on..please don't shop glamlora..not well made

Avoid , Bought 2 dresses paid extra for both custom measured and for early delivered .Came late even after many emails. Both dresses were made poor bodices were supervised armpits were tight and too short( if height is 182cm arm length shpuld not be short. Even though measurements were identical both dresses were different eg 1xXL and 1x XXXL. Had 3 days to alter dresses took to dressmaker immediately emailed glamlora and after alteration were started they asked for " photos in dress) sent them photos of material scraps that were cut, ( so much you could stuff a small pillow. I paid $300 dollars to dress maker to fix dresses . Glomora offered to deduct some of postage.What a joke ???? Multiple emails . Don't recommend!!!!!! Poor quality, sizing and communication

Not received my item placed on 23rd of May

Avoid this site at all costs,I placed an order for a dress in two sizes for my sons wedding,they took my money and then told me I couldn’t place a multiple size order so had to battle to get the money back for the one size I wasn’t allowed..a good few weeks later hadn’t had a confirmation of shipping so realised it wasn’t going to come so had to cancel the order to get my money back and find something else,I was told due to cancelling I would lose some of my money which I found ridiculous as I only cancelled because it was obvious they were not going to send the dress,absolutely fuming so please avoid this site at all costs..literally!!!

I have previously wrote a review about how bad this company are.
This is a 2nd review, had anyone else received an invoice from Fed Ex regarding their shipment charging you disbursement fee and original VAT? I'm absolutely flabbergasted and furious not only not give me a refund and I paid for the delivery but now I have received this 😡
