Had a terrible experience with this company, placed 2 separate orders back in January for 2 blazers (same just different sizes) and still haven't received my full refund. Lost count of the amount of emails I have sent, always get a reply but they say they still haven't got to process my parcel as they have a backlog and are behind! They signed for it on 9th Feb so its over 2 months and their website says 10 working days so clearly thats a lie! I returned the 2 items together in one parcel to save on the £4.95 deduction on each one via their portal (rip off). After multiple emails they sent me a partial refund a few days ago when i emailed to ask why they only refunded 1 of the blazers when there were 2 in the parcel, they replied and said the partial refund was completed as a gesture of goodwill as they still hadn't got to my parcel and therefore I would have to wait for the rest of my refund. Terrible customer service and has really shocked me as on instagram they seem so popular with lots of influencers advertising them etc also the owners are quite often on the account and seem like a nice couple but clearly taking advantage of people. Regarding quality its hard to say as ive had a nice jacket off them once but the blazers were awful, for reference im a 12 on top but as the blazer looked oversized i ordered a 10 which was huge! Then paid £10 for fast delivery on the size 8 which again looked ridiculously big (and the button pinged off when trying on) the model they use is much smaller than I am so I can only assume they had pinned the back or something. Will never use again and I hope people start to cotton on to what type of company this is…a Mickey mouse one. I have now contacted my bank to claim for the rest of my money, AVOID

Would not order from these again. I ordered an item which indicated on the website it takes 3-5 days to arrive. It didn’t turn up so I contacted them and they said it wasn’t in stock so why sell it?
They offered me an alternative which I said I would try but when it came it wasn’t suitable. Contacted them to let them know and they advised I would have to travel to ormskirk to exchange or pay £5 to refund.

Clothes are of extremely poor quality I would never buy from this website again unwearable

I purchased a pair of burgundy diamante jeans in size L (EU 40 / UK 12). I already own several pairs of this exact style in other colours, so I was confident they would fit. However, they were too small.

I checked the size tag in case the wrong size had been sent, but the tag had been removed. I ended up giving that pair to a friend and ordered another.

When the second pair arrived and also didn’t fit, I inspected the label more closely. I noticed an “L” sticker had been placed over the original size and appeared deliberately fixed on. When I held it up to the light, I could see the original size underneath was actually EU 38 (UK 10).

This means the original size had been intentionally covered, and I was sent the wrong (smaller) size twice. I have clear photo evidence showing the altered label and the original size underneath.

I have now paid for two pairs of jeans and received incorrect sizing on both occasions. I’ve attempted to contact Glamify but have had no response.

I won’t be purchasing from them again and would urge others to be cautious. This constitutes fraudulent and deceptive conduct, and I will be reporting this to the appropriate consumer authorities.

Please don't order from here and waste your money. I bought a two piece, washed it once and all the colours ran. Customer service said they would issue a credit note then went on to ghost me. Horrid company.

Do not use this company. Sent my parcel nearly a month late and never got back to any of my correspondence. Avoid !!!

The girls here go over and beyond Evri lost my birthday parcel TWICE and the girls resent it out , the pants came today and wow the quality it’s next level , professional fast efficient service every time highly recommend

First time ordering from this website and I am not disappointed don’t get put off by bad reviews on here! as I was worried when I read some of them but I ordered a coat a pair of shoes and a top all fit beautifully the quality for the price is absolutely amazing fast delivery no problems whatsoever

Received my return on the 7th Jan and still no refund and they still have the items absolute joke!!!

What a nightmare they are, you’ve got to chase them for a refund, 5 weeks later and I still haven’t been refunded. Absolute disgrace how they are allowed to do this. Customer service shocking!!!!

Absolutely do not buy from this company won’t issue a refund have given me store credit they have take a month to do this and I have now had to get my credit card to start a fraud claim! Absolutely disgusting customer service I would give them a minus if I could totally avoid

Awful company to deal with. Tried cancelling my order as it was late to arrive, ignored emails. They then despatched the order that cost £4.99 postage after cancelling the order 2 weeks prior. Returned the order they eventually accepted the delivery on the 29 December. They sent an email stating they have received my items and still waiting on my refund 23 days later!! personal opinion stay away from this company!

So firstly I've ordered from Glamify quite alot and the delivery has always been quick from purchase and always been so happy with the clothes and quality.

Recently on the 14th Jan 2026, Evri delivered to the wrong address and was not helpful at all, so I got in touch with Glamify via email and explained the situation and honestly the help I received went above and beyond any customer service I've had, the lovely angel Tayla was so sweet and understanding and some of the items I had ordered had sold out online but said she would check when she went into the store to see if they had any, next day true to her word she let me know that one of the tops was there but the other one only in a size which would have been too big for me but if I wanted to pick anything else instead she would send that in its place and I had seen something else I wanted to I did that. She then sent it next day delivery for me as I really wanted it for the weekend and I received all the items today; 16th Jan 2026 and I am so happy with them, the style, the fit and the quality is perfect. Tayla has been above helpful from start to finish and I could not be more grateful to her, an absolute gem and what amazing customer service. I will continue to shop with them as I have only good things to say and really do appreciate the communication and help I received.

To give 1 star is still appalling!
From start to finish it has been a nightmare, I never received my goods originally, so they had to send out a second shipment. The goods were of ok quality but not suitable for me. So I then went to return them the following day to which I was told I was out with the return policy of 14 days?!? So after communication back and forth they finally sent me a returns label, goods were returned that same day as received. The tracking had the goods returned, to which I was advised that goods are to be checked and then if all ok a refund would be issued (minus the return postage charge, I was ok with this) and from then until now I have been constantly chasing them for the refund, I received the goods in mid Oct, and I am still in mid Jan waiting for my refund of over £90+. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague, the CS is the worst I have ever encountered. I raised a dispute through PayPal but never won as they said I received the goods, which I did and even with providing proof off return still didn’t get a refund. Glamify advised that they have tried to issue the refund but can’t because there is an active dispute (this was closed end of Nov), it has been a nightmare.

NO REFUND given on absolutely rubbish quality Xmas jumped paid £40. Stitching cheap and nasty and at best 5/10. One wash and it will be fit for the bin. Returned before Xmas and received prior to Xmas by glamify. Told in email it would be proceed within 14 days. Chased up Jan 12th to be told no returns on seasonal goods. And that they would return the jumper to me. ( told them to keep it) There’s a reason all the reviews are so bad. AVOID at all costs

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. Unprofessional, useless and quite literally a total nightmare (an expensive one at that).

Getting a refund from two items of clothing totalling to £85.99 has been nothing short of impossible. They also do absolutely nothing to help and just expect you to pay the money instead of refunding you what is yours!

Absolute disgrace of a company!

Do not shop here if you return something they take weeks to return your money, they say 14 days but I can assure you it takes weeks! They don’t reply to emails. I had to escalate to my bank as they weren’t refunding me! Please do not shop here they are unprofessional and not running a business how they should
