I was disappointed with my return from many diff. companies that I had accounts with, that apparently missold PPI. GB seemed interested in only some of them. I ended up with £70. No further communication after I paid their fee. I assume they know what they're doing, but it all seemed a lot of hassle for virtually nothing. I got sent so much paperwork-surely this could have been done online?- and it wasn't always obvious what I was supposed to do, when a company sent me stuff directly. Over the phone, all the staff were very helpful and were great at helping me fill in a form (from one of the companies) which I never expected to have to do.I was under the illusion that I would provided all the details, sign my consent, then they would get on with it, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I never really felt I knew what was going on. Wish I'd never bothered.

My experience with Gladstone Brookes has been excellent. From my initial enquiry they have supported me and kept me informed of the progress of my complaints. The customer service team are polite, very friendly and above all professional.

They don't pester you on the phone everyday ..... they just do their job ....Well !

Cowboys. BEWARE.... if you have any bad credit history in your past... no matter how long ago..... they put you onto a 3rd party... who claim your cash back on your behalf..... keep the commission, and you dont see a penny.

They will then continue to harass you via text for months... asking you to fill in your claim pack.

Its impossible to get rid of these clowns

Easy to use, just filled in the forms and sent it back and they did the rest. Only problem was that I got a small payout (less than £45) and they were instantly hassling me for their payout (about a third of what I received) before I had received the cheque by both phone, text and email! I was working so didn’t have time to cash cheque and they continually hassled me.

I contacted several companies to deal with PPI but I found Gladstones to be so far above the rest. They are really on the ball compared to the others I spoke to. They are highly professional, thorough and informative. They did a great job for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Exceptional service. Kept up to date with ongoing claims. Would rcommend them for all types of problems

Huge thanks for the money you got back for me it will go towards a set of dentures had my remaining teeth removed yesterday, so hopefully by February 2020 the false teeth will be in place.

Fantastic service from Gladstone Brookes - I Was kept informed at every step of the process and it was all very easy. Staff were very helpful and explained everything to me and I am so delighted to have received a substantial PPI claim with their help.

They charged me the maximum legal amount for the services they did and hid the vat in the small print. Not best pleased with a service that was overcharged.

I was very happy with the way Gladstone Brookes dealt with my queries.

Too many chasing phone calls. As soon as they know that you have a claim they are like vultures chasing you daily to send back paperwork and then when I was paid out chasing me for payment before I'd even received my compensation payout.

Portal gives up to date information and customer service always there to answer any other questions

I got mortgage ppi back that I wouldn’t have got without Gladstone Brooke’s. Folk say you should do it yourself but I hadn’t been able to get a positive result by myself. I paid Gladstone Brooke’s over £2k and it was worth every penny!

We are so glad we went ahead with the ppi check. We were rewarded with a decent amount of money thanks to Gladstone Brooks. Yes they take a percentage but they need paying for what they do. Many many Thanks for our rewards. Highly recommended.
