Fantastic Customer Service
I have used GJW for many years for both boating and jet ski insurance and always found them to be very pro active and good value for money. My auto renewal insurance failed to work due to a bank card changing during the year. Upon calling GJW and speaking with Debbie she was incredibly helpful and got everything resolved very quickly so I was back up and running with a really competitive renewal price. Thanks again.

Debbie is just brilliant
After finding out the 2 little claims (totally less than £500) last year meant Noble would no longer insure me, i did panick slightly with several boats to insure each year. I am hugely grateful to Debbie from GJW direct who guided me through everything with no problems at all. What a huge relief to get everything and all the boats sorted and insured by one provider. I have been a customer for just over 5 years now. Great comms, clarity of information, attentive service. You feel valued. I have never needed to claim thankfully, but talking to the many sailing friends, those who did were handled just as swiftly and efficiently as during quotation and renewal phase. Great marine insurance!
Simple, straightforward and effective. Getting marine insurance can sometimes be a little intimidating but not with this company, I will definitely use them again. Price is also more than reasonable so I couldn’t be happier.

Ignore all communication since I requested a reduction in coverage and resulting premium. New owners clearly very different attitude to customer service. Just hope I never have to make a claim
