G Jassal Glasgow All Trades Recenzje

My original appt had to be changed to due Michael being detained on a job, however he called with plenty notice advising me. Rearranged with full confidence of attendance and attention to any matter required

So many visits and issue still not fixed.

Fast and efficient response to problem,as usual.

Failure to diagnose the fault correctly, leaving me without heat or hot water for almost 4 weeks.

Likes- Supplied a tradesperson within 24hrs, Dislike- not received an invoice or beak down of service despite reminder.

Great service. Been with them a couple years now & always been reliable. Plus they stepped up to support the unique heating system in my mums house when others didn’t. Thanks

Job done in an efficient and courteous manner by Michael.
Only qualm would be having to pay up front over the phone to a company I had not dealt with before. I still don't know where this company is based as the seem to use Mailbox addresses, so I was a bit apprehensive about forking out a total of about £900. Not exactly cheap!!!
However as previously stated the job was done so not complaining

Prompt and informative respected our home with using matts

The company contacted me to remind my the boiler service was due, from there records.
I have found them very professional in what they do
and have had no problems with there Service / Repair
contract.

No prior warning of arrival time as indicated on the booking.
Service was done quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service as always, team are very friendly and efficient.

Excellent company. Always so helpful on the phone, great communication and they turn up when they say they will. Boiler working really well :)

Very quick and responsive and do the job well

Michael and colleague were a great help to rectify the boiler issue, done in a timely manner and with a great result

They came to assess my plumbing problem and gave me an estimate to fix it.

Your Men when the come to do a job are so polite and friendly
Job always done well.

Very good and quick service

I am deeply disheartened to write this review, but I feel it is necessary to highlight our recent experience with G Jassal Glasgow All Trades. As a local charity dedicated to serving the homeless, socially excluded, and vulnerable members of our community, the donations we receive should be used to best serve our client group. Unfortunately, due to poor workmanship by one of G Jassal Glasgow All Trades employees, we incurred a fault which resulted in damages costing £500. After approximately three weeks, the pipes installed by the company came apart, causing a flood. We had to call out an independent plumber because the original company was not answering their phone and the situation was becoming more and more urgent. The flood caused significant damage to the ceiling in one of our offices, where an attic hatch became detached and fell off. It also damaged a laptop (water damage). Additionally, and more importantly, we had to ask those using our service to evacuate the building because of the volume of water we were experiencing which is not a situation we want to be in, given the work that we do

When the original company finally came out, their plumber admitted fault and conceded that the fixings had not been appropriately tightened. Despite this admission, the company has refused to take responsibility and reimburse us for the damage caused by their incompetence.

To add to our frustration, we paid an initial fee of £147 twice just for the assessment of the jobs relating to our water system, followed by the cost of the work itself, bringing the total bill to £3,172. It is deeply disappointing to see a company disregard its responsibility, resulting in our charity pay an additional £500 for something that is their error.

I urge others to consider our experience when choosing a tradesman. Choose someone with good workmanship, accountability and integrity, like we should have done. If I could have scored no stars, I would have.
